same number Did not leave name. Wants to buy my house in Rancho Cucamongo. I don't have a house within 50 miles of there.

To Sam, Tom and Chris: You don't need to keep re-posting the same report regarding these calls. This is not your blog. Just block the number and stop spamming.

Again, that is 909-610-3903."  Caller ID was spoofed as: 530-535-7244, which seems to be the phone number of an Oregon trucking company.

I am not Sam, Tom, or Chris.  Your suggestion to block the number does not work.  That Caller ID is spoofed every time "Jay" calls, so his number can't be blocked.  He also seems to use a telemarketing system that goes directly to voice mail, so you can't reject his call based on the call not being in your contacts.  He has been called my once a month for the last 5 years using this technique.  I report him to the FTC every time he calls, but they do nothing.  My number is on the National Do-Not-Call list, but he does not respect it.  There is no way to stop this guy from calling.  Reporting 909-610-3903 here, and on similar sites, does help move his number up in search results. That helps others see that they are not the only ones receiving these calls.  That's about all that can be done.

Yes, these Spammer/scammers don't care about the DNC list.  Have you tried reporting it to your carrier as "SCAM LIKELY?"  All carriers are different but mine blocks the call from voicemail as well as ring through if it gets labeled SCAM.  Also, if it's a cell phone he's calling, you might try one of the apps that have true blocking capability.
