Picked up and all I heard was music in the background no one answered when I said anything though

It was some middle eastern man asking me to turn my computer on and follow his directions

A foreign man wanted me to turn my computer on and I told him that he could take his scam somewhere else.

I received a call from a man with a heavy accent telling me he was calling regarding my PC.  I told him I was on the do not call list and hung up.  Within 5 seconds of hanging up my whole computer froze and crashed.  This is a frightening coicidence!

Have not answered yet.  Very strange.
