This number belongs to "World Financial Network National Bank." They are a collection agent for several store credit cards, chiefly Express, Victoria's Secret. Express and Victoria's Secret use the service more than most stores in that they turn over an unpaid bill on the exact day it falls delinquent, whereas most stores will grant a 15 to 30 day grace period before sending unpaid accounts to collections.

We have received repeated calls from (913) 563-5502 and several other phone numbers tied to the same company. They want to speak to my daughter... PERIOD. No information given. I asked for the name and address of their company and the man initially refused to give me that information.

I told him under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act he is required to give me his company's name and address. Informed him I'd already talked to my Attorney General. He relented and told me the name of the company is "World Financial" then refused to give me the address so that I can send a Certified Mail letter to the company requesting them to limit their calls between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. He refused to give me their address and referred me back to my State Attorney General.

Under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act they are in violation of Section 806 Harrassment or Abuse; Sub-Paragraph 5. The fine is as much as $11,000 per reported offense.

If anyone here can provide the address of WFNNB please post it here. If I'm able to locate the company address I'll post it here so we can all exercise our rights under the FDCPA.

I keep getting calls from this number on my work-provided Blackberry, no message ever left.  I do not have a personal or business account with this bank/credt card company nor do I ever give this BB cell number out, as it is for work and clients only.  I am supposing they are trying to reach someone else, so when my VM answers and give me name, why do they keep calling?
What is up with that?  ANNOYING, how do you stop it?

An item that was returned to Newport News several months prior (fortunately we kept all the paper work) my wife receives a call from World Financial Nation.  They intimidated her into giving them my MC credit card # and informed her that it will all be taken care of by Newport News.  Well guess what!!  I have a $69.94 charge plus an ATM fee on my MC.  This is after my wife sent them all the required documentation including the shipping tracking number.  I  called Newport News and WFN and still no response and the charge remains on my credit card.   Do yourself a favor (women) do not order clothing from Newport News.  

I would like to start a class action suit against World Financial Nation.  Those interested please send me an email at rajean944@yahoo.com.   They need to be put out of business.

They are a fraudulent company.  They will never return your call nor credit you when the error was done by one of the company they represent.  In my case it was Newport News (woman's clothing).

They have been calling me all morning and when I answer it is a recording but never a person.  I do have a Chadwicks credit card but the payment isn't past due....I just paid them two weeks ago and the payment is showing posted on my account.  I am going to just ignore them.....

Box 182273, Columbus, OH 43218-2273    I opened an Avenue Account before Christmas; never received a card, bill, or any info.  Forgot about it, and 2 weeks ago I got a call from WFB; gave them my own credit card to pay.  Now on my card is a cost, double my bill and a $20 fee for opening the account.  I canceled my card and am getting a replacement from Wells Fargo. I'm reporting them to the bank as just another scam.

These people have been calling me nonstop for over two months and I don't even have a credit card !!!!!!
