Calls repeatedly saying a bout a Piercing Pagoda account change.

The above # with (2) other #s (614) 754-4138 & (646) 213-3909 come up in my caller ID as "Spam Comenity Bank" 3 to 6 x a day for the last 2 weeks. They have my name & home # talking about a change to my Macy's Acct, but Macy's only has my cell #. Their message tells me to call them back at # 1(855) 957-3119 but I will do no such thing & ignore the call as this is a Scam.

Message is a recording asking for a Rene Horeara. Caller ID has phone no 913-677-8323 and name is Comenity. We do not have anyone at our number with that name.  They call every day but it's a recording, not a real live person.

Why does Commenity Bank call me from Colorado and today i get a call from Kansas City. Where to i submit a Better Business Bureau regarding these people.

Multiple calls from a different number ,913-677-8323, but leaving me a message that I must call 855-957-3119 due to a "change in your Fullbeauty Account"  I checked with Fullbeauty via computer, there is NO change to my account.
These are SCAM calls.  They do not leave my name, do say they are from Comenity Bank.
I would guess that, if I were stupid enough to call them, they would want my number for my account.
Do NOT call them back.

Different "people" call for Dione Harris. The message is as follows: (or slight variations) "This is Comenity Bank calling about a change in the status of your Express Account. We've been trying to reach you. It's important that we speak with you as soon as possible. Please have Dionne Harris call us at 855-957-3119. Again, that number is 855-957-3119. Thank you from Comenity Bank." Sometimes they leave an extension number, sometimes they do not. After many calls, I thought this poor lady, Dione Harris, was gonna be in trouble, since the messages started to change and become more urgent and they were threatening with immediate legal action for not having replied. I thought I better let them know they were not calling Dione Harris and she was not getting notified and might not know they have a claim against her. I called them and a woman answered, made the mistake to give her my name and told her NOT TO CALL BACK that this number has never belonged to Dione Harris. They stopped calling after that... but now they have my name and number... I never had an express account.

Interesting that I answered a post in another thread that contained a lot of what you just posted. Comenity Bank is easily found on the internet and issues branded credit cards. They are well known for calling the wrong numbers.

These calls continue and I am Tired of them

UPDATE: THEY KEEP ON CALLING FOR DIONE HARRIS... I've called them and told them there was NEVER a Dione Harris at this number. (maybe such Dione Harris gave them this number?)  Anyway, they are real people, not bots, because I have talked to them and they say they will make sure they are not calling again for her... but they keep on doing it. Annoying!
