When they call, they ask me to verify info,....ah NO. If your calling me, YOU need to verify. Then I tell them to file the suit, but before they do, they need to" produce the note" they hang up. before they place it on my credit report, I tell them to send me a certified copy of the affidavit of debt before filing with credit reporting agencies, if indeed THEY have the correct info....hang up  Several debts (medical) over 100K discharged in chapter 7 in '94, asked them to spell debt recovery violation,..... hang up. Well the debt collection rules, laws and regulations are there for a reason, collectors figure 1 out of 300k will fight back. the numbers need to be 3 out of every 80.

I'm contacted from this number regularly, even on Sunday evenings at 9:00.They don't leave messages, don't care when they call, What the Hell. I don't care,who they are or what they want. I am contacted by so many scams and they are another company that I will be speaking with an attorney about. BACK OFF!! my issue is with Chase and charges run up that were not authorized, also they processed charges on an expired card that I was not reactivating and forwarded info from a new account to an unauthorized user. I am seeking my rights with an attorney. I AM PISSED TO MY MAX NOW!!! BACK OFF!!!!

Randolph Lee does not exist.  It's just a way to get you to speak to them.

I picked up the phone and immediately hang up. I dont recognize the number therefore I dont answer it, I just hang up. I get some calls that are politicians wanting votes this time of year, and also sales...even tho Im on the DNC list, which the Govt controls...sooooooo

CID "PORTFOLIO RECOV" all capital letters; attempting to locate Jeremy Weaver; called my home at  2036 21MAY2012 EASTERN TIME ZONE

They called asking to speak to my wife (by name). When I asked who is calling he said "David White", then after a few more times aking, he said "Portfolio recovery Systems. I said we have nothing to discuss, which we don't, then hung up.

I made the mistake of answering the phone one day.  They are saying my husband has this debt to Sears for over 7K.  He's never had a Sears Card.  They gave me his social and said it is attached to him.  We've checked his credit reports.  It doesn't appear on them.

They call all hours of the day and night from 8am to 9pm.

How do I get them to stop?
