Just received a call from a Edw Jones said I took out a payday loan and then refused to pay .They stated I would be arrested within the hour

Have been recieving calls from this number at my job making threats toward me for loans that i have never applied for. Caller says his name is Gary Foster and he feels sorry for me and god help me when i become someone's BI*#% in jail...

They have called me everyday saying that they are suing me and pressing charges. He said his name is mathew west but he sure didn't sound American. I couldn't understand him. I blocked the number.

Can you please stop calling my job .

These people just called my personal number and work number stating i need to call back asap!. I tried to call the number back but the phone beeped and hung up. He also said if I don't reply in a timely matter he feels sorry for me. His name was James Martin. I will reporting this to the authorities. i WISH SOMEONE WILL STOP THESE CRAZY PEOPLE!!

I have received many calls from this number with threatening voice mails. They finally answered my return call and they hung up about 5 times before they told me I had 3 felonies and would be arrested. When I asked for more info he hung up on me. Funny the States Attorney's office is so concerned about contacting me personally.

Keep receiving phone calls from this number even at my job, keep threatning me if i dont pay money and asking me all kinds of questions. Man How do I get them to stop calling.

I just received a call from these people. I am taking the number to the police because they are trying to information and mess up my credit. they threatened me with jail time and that they will be sending an officer to my work and i just went right away and called the police and they will be looking at this. These non- speaking English speakers are stupid and need to learn English!! the guy say his name is Roger Smith...but could not speak English and needed to .

I received a voicemail from David Cooper calling from 916-259-9447.  He mentioned the call was urgent and me or my attourney need to contact him and if I didn't do it then good luck.

After calling back, a guy who says his name was Attourney Johnson (who had the exact same accent and voice as David Cooper, the guy who left a voicemail), he kept wanting to explain, but during the explanation, I should not ask questions.  The first time I did not oblige, and he told me someone would be at my house or work within the next 2 hours to arrest me.  I guess we'll see.

Then I called back and I let him explain until I stopped him, but basically he claims I am being sued for a $4800 payday loan taken out 18 months ago (I never took out a payday loan).  Once I clarified that I was going to be sued for a payday loan I did not approve, he did not offer anything or ask for anything, but just claimed someone will be out to arrest me at work within 2 hours and hung up.

Got exactly the same call.

A man by the name of Joe Johnson called me said he was with the law office of John A best. He was very hard to understand, as his english isn't very good. He said they're working with Cash Group United to sue me for a payday loan. I asked what he was talking about because I didnt work with this company. He said he could read me the report. Told me to hold all questions till the end. He then went on the read me this report about being sued for 5k.

He told me the last four of my social as well as the name of the company i work for and my home address. I asked some questions and he started to get mad at me. I then proceed to tell him i felt this was a scam because I've never worked with Cash Group United before. He got very upset and told me to wait for the police and hung up on me. I called him back and asked to speak to his boss because he wanted to get rude and hang up.

He then just kept telling me to wait for the police and they would be there to pick me up in two hours. I researched Cash Group United and found that it is a scam. So I then found the number for the lawyer's office who only works in WI and called them. The lady that answered the phone said they do not have anybody by the name of Joe Johnson working for them and it sounds like the scam that they've been dealing with. She said that they do have a police report in the works for this. I have filed a complaint with the FTC as well as my local Police Department.

I keep getting phone calls from (916) 259-9447 and then this [***] had the nerve to call my job. NOW YOU KNOW I DON'T PLAY THAT. I cursed him out every way but up his booty hole. GOODBYE. Ignorance is gonna slap this fool in the face.

I have been receiving calls from this phone number insisting that I call them back.  The man from this number said he felt sorry for me if I don't return his call.  I am sure this man was from a foreign country as his English was not good.  He said his name was David Williams from Attorney's office Johnny Best.

I have been trying to get them to answer me back, I received 6 calls in one hour from 9162599447  finally some idiot answer and told me I don't know who the *uck you are , really how can we prosecute ? These calls are harassing ! I hope this will be the last call I told him this number is all ready reported !

I just received another call from this idiot who obviously isn't from this country and is running a pathetic scam. I guess in his country threatening someone with the police makes all the difference. When he called this time, I went apes**t on him! He hasn't called back yet, but if he does he will get more than he can handle!!!

yes i got a call from the  same number some guy stated he needed to talk to me about some llegal charges  that i need not to disreguard the call are else  i feel sorry for u  these

I received this call as well. I did not answer the phone, let it go to voice mail. I listened the guy, some dang indian, was saying that this call was very time important or something like that. Said the have my husbands attorney contact them. So I called them back, he answered the phone, and said his name was Chris Miller. BS! If they call back I am reporting this number. I don't know how these people got my number.

This guy David Marshall keeps on calling my husbands cell phone...threatining  me. I just got these numbers no body had them but this guy does? I just switched from Sprint to Verizon maybe somebody is selling info? Either  way i'm reporting them to the police, or BBB somebody...has to help.

I KEEP GETTING CALLS FROM 916-259-9447.. ANDREW RUPERT.. His exact words "I need for you or your retain attorney off record to return call.  The issue at hand is extremely time sensitive.  The he states his name.  Don't try to disregard this message and do return the call now.  If you for you to call me back. but if don't hear  from you i feel sorry for you and it all falls on you. May God bless you."  This is ridiculous.  Ive been getting these calls for the past couple of weeks at work and on my cell... These are total scammers..
