I work for an answering for doctors - I got a call from this guy with a terrible Indian accent I could not understand. But we get a lot of Indian patient calls, so I tried hard to understand. When I simply could not get what he was saying, he said "look, this is not MY problem, this is YOUR problem!" First he gave me a name that I think is spelled Marisol Galvin and I think he said he was from a law office. Then he gave me a name of Robin Brown and wanted me to repeat the phone number to call back. I still didn't know what the call was about but once I repeated the number he said fine, goodbye! He was very angry and tried to be intimidating.

Very Rude! Dave Johnson, Dave Wilson, Law firm, Officer - rude and mean demanding info stating they would contact my Supervisor or be bringing an officer to my work after they issue a warrant for my arrest!

This guy Robin Brown is a jerk, he trifed to get me to give him my soc sec #. I told him no and he said you will have a officer  at your home tommorow to arrest you for this law suit. I told him I have no lawsuit.
he said I owed money, I said you cannot be arrested for a debt. he hung up. what a creep!!!!!

i just got the same thing same middle eastern accent i understood him perfectly b/c or my tours overseas in iraq but his name was antonio berry he claimed i owed money which i never got a loan and my back account i just open a few months ago they claim it was in but nothing appeared in it unfortunitly for them if they keep it up i will take it to a jag officer and my 4 lawyers

I just got a call for this 916-415-8706 the person has very broken english and tells there is a law suit on my socal and has the last for numbers and knows were I work.

I received the same type of harassing calls this past weekend.  A man with a very thick accent told me that theres a law suit against me.  He told me that if i, or my lawyer, he would download my information to the county court. He went on saying that the fim is not responsible if i loose my employment and concluded with good luck and God Bless!  Wow, what a freaking douche!

I received a phone call from this number today about a lawsuit and having criminal charges found against me early this morning. Something about a loan which i never had and criminal charges being filed against me. I called the number back to see what it was about and when i told the man I'm going to contact the sheriffs office about this issue he was very rude and told me that i will be arrested. I spoke with two different people who both sounded the same I remember one name said it was Dexter

Yea i had like 10 missed calls from this number and 5 voicemails. I couldn't understand the voicemails because of his accent. A few times i answered with my rank and last name because i'm in the military and have very important calls all the time. as soon as I say "SPC Williams, How can i help you?" they hang-up.

Called my cell several times while I was at work then called my work number where I don't take persona calls and was really rude to me and said I would be arrested. Tried calling the number back with nothing. Couldn't really understand the voicemail he left.

All this is, is a debt that uncured when you take out a loan and you don't pay it back, but if you pay it back after the due date and its very late, but you still paid you still uncured  late fees that this company tries to collect on and i have a friend that works for the company that know this, and she told me after a year they have to right it off but within that year they try to collect before the years over and they have this team of people that tries to get the late fees back so please please please cuss these motha [***] out every time that they call and tell them that you will report them to  State's Attorney General and they will stop [***] with you.

I received a call at my work and on my cel phone from this number threatening. me with a lawsuit if I didn't pay them within 45 minutes.  I asked for documentation and he refused to supply it. Also the names given were Johnson and the other name David John.  They had very heavy accents and were very hard to understand.  The phone number is 916-415-8706.  They must be stopped.

I got a call from this number saying that his name was david johnson also saying that he has a lawsuit in my name. he also said that they will contact my employer and if i get fired they are not liable. it also was an indian accent. i actually talked to him when you ask him what the lawsuit pretains to he dodges the question and says that he does not know he is only the parralegal and he doesnt even use lawyer phrases. if you can talk to him give him hell and ask questions because they dont know how to answer.

Same thing happened to me and when I called back and he answered he told me the same thing. Then I told him I was going to call the attorney generals office and look into it he said f you you b.....and hung up. I urge every one to call their attorney general when stuff like this happenes

Just got a v/m on a sat! From these people talkimg about that i have a lawsuit against me and i need to contact them with my lawyer asap. if i do not return their calls i will be arrested in a few hours... the lady sound like she was indian and harly spoke english she said she wish me luck and sends her blessings??... Did not provide me wth no case number and or court name nor location. i take it its a scam for me to call them back and give personal information.

Same thing here..they called my cell from a different number last week.  When I told them I knew it was a scam, they said something nasty (couldn't understand, they weren't speaking English), then hung up.  Today, they just called my work number from this 916 number & tried the same line.  Tried to get me to verify my last 4 digits of my ss#.  When I told them I knew it was a scam & had already contacted the Florida Attorney General's office (the first call came from Tampa), he became irate, again spewing something I couldn't understand & hung up.  I had applied for payday loans about a month ago--I'm sure that's where they got all this info from.  I may have to call the AG office now; I did get an email response from them assuring me it was a scam, but I'd like to be able to do a little more.  Like press harrassment charges!

I received a call from a guy with an indian accent informing me that I owed a debt of 500.00 and that I had 1 hour to get the money in or that charges would be brought against me. This man had all of my personal infomation and was able to tell me where I worked at and everything. When calling the man back to inform him that I would have my attorny to contact him he then said that I had 15 minutes to have them to call him back. When asking the man his name no name was never given.

I called and told them that I was going to call the FBI and was told that the FBI can "suck my d*** a$$hole" then he hung up....that is one professional attorney's office.

This is an absolute and total scam to prey on the gullible and elderly. My dad's girlfriend got a call threatening her with arrest because she owed a debt. First of all our country got rid of debtor prisons sometime around the the 30's or 40's. It's against the law to arrest someone over a debt. I decided to call this number back. An English speaking guy answered the phone Attorney Chris Marshall. When I sternly asked where he was based out of he told me up my mother's ass Mother F#@$er. I'm guessing that it is not a proper way for a lawyer to speak.
