i got this message too from JACK MARSHALL and i am really nervous because my boyfriend took the call and sent him our information. now i know it is a compelete scam, any ideas on what i can do? they keep calling me from a 512 number!

I just had the same thing happened- law firm of demasco and assoc. llc 3 suits against me. I was going to be arrested calling my employer to tell them of my fraud. ect ect.thick accents.phone connection was bad.women called after i hung up on guy because of transaction asked me to call her back. 201-539-2389 when i did she spouted all this about what i owed she transfered me to a supervisor when i told her she should verify who i was. he had my soc. sec and email. when i questioned him he told me i had to be quite or he would call my employer ect. i ended up hanging up on him as he couldn't and wouldn't answer any questions about where this supeona was ect. what company.,ect. scary! stuff!

THEY ALSO SAID I OWED 300 DOLLARS FROM USA PAYDAY LOAN, WHICH I NEVER RECEIVED A LOAN FROM BECAUSE I CALLED THEM UP. AND WHEN I TOLD HIM I WOULD CONTACT MY LAWYER AND HAD COPIES OF ALL MY BANK STATEMENTS STATING THAT I NEVER RECEIVED IT. HE PROCEIDED TO TELL ME HE WOULD LOOK IN TO IT FURTHER AND GET BACK TO ME.

I have been having the same problem lately myself, my this number 347-457-3023 by a man named eric foster, claming i owe a company called advance cash usa money....which is a lie, they have been harassing me at work and harassing my managers at work. When i told him that my work called the police, and i did too, he told me this " Fu^& you and Fu^$ your police" and hung up the phone. I am in the process of contacting a lawyer on this matter to try to get money for mental angusih and such...this company is a complete scam!

I got an e-mail today saying the same thing from Steve Berman.  It said the same thing.  I also get calls from people with thick accents threatening to take me to court.  Get a lawyer.  Have your lawyer call me and this to is about payday loans.  The phone calls have been going on for about a yr.  Different phone numbers, same deal, thick accents.  I checked online for scams and this was listed.  I use to call back, but I don't bother anymore.

Same as all above! If anyone finds these people please give me their info i am getting a lawyer for mental suffering and fraud!

Carrier is "level 3 communications" rio-linda california, usa. All the info my reverse lookup app could get. Hope it helps!
