Who keeps calling all the time.  Four times a day and never says anything

This is a company called States Recovery out of Rancho Cordova, California.

my brother who i have not seen in 5 years owes this company money so they keep calling me my brother is a drug addict  and he never even came to  our mom furnale
and these people are harraseing me what can i do ????

They are now collecting for University of Phoenix.

This number keeps calling as of a week ago. If it is like wells Fargo like you've suggested,  they probably are ticked that I dropped them as home owner insurance and changed title of car. I don't owe them anything so it's just harassment like usual.

I received a call and wasn't able to answer.  Voice mail for 12.48 seconds popped up on my phone.  I tried to listen but nothing, then my phone started freezing up and not working so I immediately ahut phone down just in case there is a malware or worm on the digital message.  Was a weird issue

Assmunch won't stop calling every 2 seconds. I told him I wish I could find him to share my hand strength with him. I thought he would be very impressed.

Said it was collection agency and had an outstanding medical bill.  Had lots of personal information.
