My wife got a call yesterday from this number saying that her brother had hit them in a car accident and will harm him if she didnt do what they said.

We got a call from this number also, the Puerto Rican said my brother was kidnapped by gangeros and they wanted $1000.00.  Son of the b....... I hope they die soon.

What a prick! He called me said my brother got in trouble with a gang and that they had him hostage. Since i am Puerto Rican i believed it and freaked. Fortunately i googled this numberand found this page. The cops are aware of this and hopefully will get this scumbag.

I got a phone call that my brother got in a car accident I freaked out and asked him which brother was it but he started screaming and asked if I was a minor so I just gave the phone to my mom , my smart mom started talking and the guy said that my brother got mad and punched the guys brother but my mom knows non of my brothers would that , and the guy went on saying that he was gonna kill my brother if he didn't get $2000  and then my mom was gonna hang up but the guy started screaming and the idiot guy asked my mom what was her sons name , so that's when my mom reacted and said a random name (non of my family members had the name) and the guy believed it and he was like yeah that's the guy and he said to go to Winn Dixie and deliver the money my mom hung up and I reported the case to the police but they didn't care much but then I went to a cop who my family knows personally and he verified that the line was being tracked down. Anyways I had my phone number for only two days it was impossible for any of my brothers to give that number to anyone we called my brothers and they were fine. These people are heartless to make a minor cry and still beg for money.

Got am alarming phone call at 10am on a Sunday - that my brother was in a car accident near a gas station with this guys cuzin and that they beet him up and have him hostage in an apartmen complex near by the, and they will kill him if I don't pay them $500.00. I must go to a western union and give my phone to the teller who will take the information down and send the money. Only after that will he drop my brother off at a near by hospital. (Mayjor Scamm) Calls speaking spanish says he is from Puerto Rico and her illegally.

This has been currently happing to residence in Somers Point, NJ as well as neighboring Citys.  The Police have been notified but only information is the telephone number originates from N.Y.C.  Attempts to call it back were unsucessful.  So if you do get a call from this number about a friend/relative in trouble don't send any money but also verify that they are okay and report it to your local authorities.

Scam, scam, scam!!! Says they have a relative due to some type of incident (car accident) and then says they need money or is holding that person hostage unless you wire money via CVS or RiteAid.

I just got a call from this number and it was a puertorican guy, stating that my brother got into an accident w someone in a motorcycle and the guy in the motorcycle is in a gang and that they  just beat up my brother and that they have my brother kidnapped. He said that I need to give him $150.00 or they will kill my brother. When I asked him for my brothers name, .

It happen to me! on saturday! I just told him I was alone in this country and he hang up the phone!

This [***] called my phone saying my bro got into a car accident and is seriously hurt but he has him and hill release him for a 1000 $$$ so i called my bro and his alright.  Fu*==#!= moth*=== ker . If he calls anyone tell him you got his mother she's giving free b jays

This guy called me this morning,  Its a scam, but I didn't find out until it was too late, I did send the money, but thank god I was able to get it back, my husband is at the police right now.  still cant get a hold of my brother, but reading all these is making me feel better.  I just tried calling the number back and it just rang and rang, then it went busy.  these people should be caught and be put in jail.

I live in Nevada and someone called me from this number and asked me for $800 to release a family member or he will get his head blown off.

There still at it as I just received a phone call from a guy with a Puerto Rican accent.  Asked if I had a son, brother or father that would have been driving around William Paterson University.  As this was such a vague question, I asked him for more details which he couldn't provide.  He never got to the point of asking me for money before he hung up on me.  Guess he's on to his next attempt to scam money instead of working like a decent human being!

A Puerto Rican guy just called my mom told her that her boyfriend ran over his cousin and they had him hostage that they were going tis hoot him in the head if she didn't give them 1,500 my mother suffers from hypertension and pulmonary hypertension they had her on the phone suffering for an hour until I got on the phone told him to go f**k himself and I called my moms boyfriend of course he was fine I'm so embarrassed cause I'm also Puerto Rican LOSERS GET A LIFE

This guy just call my parents a few minutes ago and asking for 3,000 to release my brother the he kidnap him ,he said is my parents dont give the money he will kill my brother,but good think my parents can to me and i look for this number and i see what  is going out .I hope the police cach him soon

Seems this guy is still at it.. fits the description.  Was a blocked number and called my father saying I or his brother was in an accident.  My dad has two sons that were out of state so he knew it was fake and he told they guy he has the wrong number and the guy got angry and hung up.

So that's not the number that called my boyfriend but a different one. He answered and it was the funniest thing. Same old same old with the "your brother stole my brothers BMW. We're going to kill him!" But my boyfriend laughed and asked where they were and when they said Boston he just laughed harder and said his brother doesn't even live on this side of the country. We have called him back a few times to [***] with him, and he does answer as long as your number isn't blocked. If you want to call him back and get some amusing revenge here's the number

The caller said he will kill my brother for if i didnt pay. I just wanna get these people.
