I have received numerous calls from this number.  They will not say anything, they just hang up.  The problem is they are calling me at work.  I work for the CAVHS in Arkansas....

UCL stands for United Cash Loans, they keep calling because someone defaulted on a loan with them. They are a check into cash type company, give out loans at something like 735%. If you get a loan with them, they will auto out of your checking account, and keep taking and taking and taking. Friend of mine took a 300 dollar loan, by the time all said an done she was paying back more than double of the loan as in 300 equaled 700 dollars. They will continue to harass and call at all times and they are very, very rude. Personally I think if they would leave a message, and were very polite they would get a better response.

I'm getting tired of these people they have been calling me for over a year now! Every single day!!! I answered twice and told them I wasn't that person and they did not believe me because I did not remember when exactly I got the phone number.

This is a Tribal Loan company that charges much higher rates then any state allows.  They are also not licenced in any state.  They provide illegal loans as they are not licenced in any state.  They also give payday loans in states where they are illegal period.  They will call even if you send them written correspondence stating to contact by mail only.  Keep track of how many times they call as it is illegal to call a person's work in most states for payday loans.  File a complant with your state Attorney General's office as well as the FTC and the FCC.  You may also need to turn in an identity theft report with the FTC.

I really wish they would tell me who they are when i call them back. But, they ask me for my social suricity and then they can help me

They call every single day after telling them I'm not the person they are looking for. I stopped taking their calls and right after they call I get another call from 800-3188323. I guess is them also.

Just got a call and was threatened they are going to take beat the "****" out of me and that I better have a gun to protect myself.  I guess since they are tribal they can make a threat to kill??

United Cash Loans - payday loan company SCAM!   Call and sometimes just silence on voice mail at work.  Other times harassing messages.  Report to FTC, Attorney General.   Illegal!

I have this number and a whole lot more (20+) from all different area codes.  They seem to be linked to cell phone numbers only. Best I can figure out is that some or other deadbeat had the cell number before it was recycled and reallocated by the cell phone companies. Of course, the debt collectors and other lowlifes who bottom-feed on the misfortunes of the deadbeats refuse to accept that the number is no longer in use by the deadbeat and that some other responsible person now has it.

There should be a law against this abuse, but then what can one expect from our elected officials...........

My answer to these calls is to add them to my address book as SCAM Call - Do not Answer.  Then I turn all the personal rings and vibrations and notifications to silent.  So most of the time, I don't even know that a call has come in until I see the missed call notification.

This number keeps calling and asking for Heather, not sure who Heather is except she had the number before me.  I finally had enough and told them that she died, they were shocked and acted so sorry and then this afternoon, their number appeared in my missed call list again.  I blocked them, but this is like 15 number that are all one or two digits off that they call from.
