- Mary| 1 replyOMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have t-mo also, tried the email block thing, and now i'm getting even more text messages from these [***]. Ready to throw my phone through the window, There has to be some way to stop the messages from coming. Going to contact t-mo and FBi, FCC, FTC, etc....hopefully they can stop this somehow,
- damaraStop texting me! You are running up my phone bill!
- The Stig| 1 replyI guess this is happening to a bunch of other T-Mobile users as well. This started around 3:40pm for me today (1/27/12), and I've gotten well over 130 of these same messages in the past hour and a half.
I talked to a T-Mobile Customer Service agent through their Online Chat Help system and gave him several of the short code numbers (the random four-digit numbers) that I've received these texts from. He said he was able to block/blacklist them, but there would be a delay in its effectiveness and would work sometime within the hour. Still receiving them though...- Caller: FirstMidweastMessage

- Serena replies to MarySee my message on the 1st page on how to stop this.
I haven't received a text since I did those 2 things. - Serena replies to The StigSee my message on the 1st page to stop the messages.
- sue replies to tkaty| 1 replyI just spent an hour and a half receiving calls from this number every 10 seconds. I finally called T-Mobile and complained. They took down the phone number and said they had other complaints. This company needs to be reported and stopped. This is an outrage and I now have a splitting headache!!
- Jpreyss250 texts in the past 1.5 hours
- SerenaI think T-Mob got hacked for all these texts to be coming to only T-Mob users.

- mrmad replies to sueI too have t-mobile... this is insane I've received >100 text messages
- CPRI called T-Mobile, it seems to be a TMobile issue. They are well aware of it and helping block it. Bear with them while they figure it out.
- BobRestore replies to SerenaI'm also a Tmobile user. in 45 minutes i rec'd 48 text msgs from the same place. I also went to teh help number and was referred to the mobileLife section where I chose to block all texts that DO NOT include my number with the @tmomail.net address. So I will get no more short code messages, not a problem for me.
Here's the choice from the Tmobile website:
Allow messages ONLY to "My Phone's E-Mail address" @tmomail.net (Recommended)
it works so far. i turned it off for a fw minutes and they spam started up again. I'd like to find who is sending these and send them a weeks worth of cat litter box waste. I have 3 cats.
good luck everyone. - JessieSame here, 100+ messages already ARGH TMOBILE!

- NU replies to SerenaThank you your method.
- Veronika replies to Serena| 1 replyI used your method through Tmobile.com under MyMobileLife and I'm still getting these text messages. It's out of control! Do you have any other methods?
- VeronikaAre you guys still receiving texts from this #? I've counting 100+ already - when do they stop? Do they have a certain number? I tried the MobileLife and that didnt help, I've called Tmobile and they're no help! I also went to the police station in my town and they told me to put my number on the DoNotCall list which I did. They obviously were no help at all! I really dont want to change my number because of these people.
Has anyone actually called the number and gotten through to a live person? I tried calling and all i get is the automated message that My Mastercard has been locked. I dont even have a Mastercard.
HELP!- Call type: Text message
- Serena replies to VeronikaI've been reading the T-Mob support board and it seems to be blowing up about this. It seems to be a I copied the instructions from a user there, maybe you missed a step...try it again bc it should have worked immediately.
