no one ever answers or says anything

Didn't respond to my greeting multiple times and then suddenly disconnected.

I just received a call from this number. My called ID said scam or fraud. Of course they didn't leave a message so I wont be responding unless they do leave a legitimate message for me.

yea they call me too and never leave a message so I never thing twice about it

Same thing happened to me! They either call and don’t leave a msg or hang up whe I answer!

It's "Bull City Financial" Debt Collectors. More like [***] Financial !!!

It's Bull City, not Fidelity when you report them to BBB or Attorney General. It sounds like Fidelity though, you're right! It should be called BuIISchltty Financial. It's a debt collector.

I have this # call me multiple times. Saying they were collecting a bill for a doctor. The guy got angry when I would not verify my personal info. To him. I ask them to just mail me a bill. He would not tell me what doctor and when I said I will respond to letter in mail. He yelled and said he would list me as refusal to pay bill and hung up.

Keep getting calls from this number but they don't have the balls to leave a message.  Due to the number of scams going around I don't answer calls unless I know the number.  r

Called today and when i answered there was nobody there.

Answered phone; no one on the other end.

First time they called they asked for one of my friends and they said they were with Bull City Financial and the lady was rude when I asked about the location and what this was pertaining and she hung up. Second call was today 6-11-18 no answer when I answered.

Debt collectors. When I asked what they’re calling for, they stated they cannot share information without me confirming personal id info. When I stated I don’t give out that information without an official statement in writing from them they hang up.

this number called today asking questions and then i realized it was a recording. It is some type of scam going on

This company also calls from 954-389-6219 which is a Fort Lauderdale number.  There is no reason for this company to call me but I get several calls from each number everyday
