UPDATE ON 924-665-01!!!!!! Ok after reaserch and talking to the woman that my wife and i have been talking to, long story short, these numbers come from a instant messanger like yahoo IM. You can test this yourself with your own yahoo and cell phone go into you yahoo buddy list, click on "Actions" then click on "Send SMS Message" follow the instrustions. You will get a text and it will have a weird number like 924-665-01. You can also call your cell phone from yahoo "Actions", then click on "Call Phone Number" So these weird looking numbers are from Instant Messangers. The harassing phone calls and threats and same with Text messages, more than likly its from someone that has your number that knows you, play a prank on you or they dont like you and got you scared. No i dont know if this stuff cost you any money to do, or when you reciceve a call or text from that weird number. So i dontt hink there is any problems. Thanks :)

Did you meet with this person, I want to tell you that the stories they can tell you are not true. It makes me sick that no one has stopped these people.They will get to your heart and wallet.

OMG just because they are calling you and it has that weird 924-665-01 does not mean they are scams, its someone using there IM to text/call you from. The whole "oh its a scam they took my money and ripped me off" BS Drama queen, get over it.......Its someone that has got your cell number and screwing with you. Try this test on yourself. Go into your yahoo IM and text your cell phone from it a number like 924-665-01 will show up. STOP with the whole "its a scam" its not a scam, again someone is just screwing with you, get over it. sorry i dont mean to sound mean on here, but trying to get it into your heads its NOT a scam, try that test and you will see, untill then dont say aqnything about it till you tried it yourself.

Ok Randy is correct........I did some research and i also did the test myself i text my cell from Yahoo and sure enuff a number popped up 924-665-01 then i used my wifes cell phone i signed into yahoo from her phone and sent a text from her phone on yahoo and  my screen name came up in the "text from" So yea Randy is correct, its people IMing you and calling you from there Yahoo IM. But there is a scam out there that charges you $1475 a min to be put on hold, how it works is if some recording calls you says like "Please hold" or "Dont hang up this is an importnat message" any type of a recording that calls you, then hang up right away. Thoughs are the scammers, these others ones are just kids and adults with no life at all. So everyone calm down about the scammers from the 924-665-01 numbers, they are not scammers, someone got your number and is using it. If you got maoney taken from you because they wanted some donation or whatever it may be, then thats your own fault, dont ever, ever, ever donate over the phone, EVER! Do the test on your cell and you will see. Like Randy said  stop the drama on posts about this, you didnt get scammed you liers ,lol

I got this message from this number, and it was from a user on Yahoo named "dj1sena" and he is a real creeper. He said I gave him my number on myspace, and I DEFINITLY did NOT. totaly creeped ou =(

I just started getting text messages today from this number. Says they come from a "ymail.com" e-mail address.

So far, just the "whats up" and "what u doing" type messages. I suppose it could be a wrong number, but I suspect it is a scam instead.

Since I only gave this number to family, it has to be randomly targeted. Sorry guys, I don't have phone contact with anyone I don't personally know. You'll have to go on to the next number on the list.

I got a text from this number registered to a yahoomail account asking for sexual favors, the message resembled that of a facebook message I got months ago. the email was jangilbert222 and the number was 92466501

The number 92466501 texted me and asked if I was "mondo" which is my nickname. When I asked who it was they said it was an old friend. Shortly after the text messages I received 3 calls from a blocked number and when I answered noone responded.

Replied to an rv ad and started receiving these calls. First from 92466501 then 92466601. The Name and phone number on the ad I replied to is Kenneth Davis Mcminnville, Tn. 931-210-6737

A man sent me a message on datehookup.com about becoming his love interest . We exchange yahoo IM info we have been chatting for about 2 weeks on line. I gave him my cell phone #  he tex only from +92466501  he sd. he does not have a phone # to give me and that he is texing me from his computer. This is very specious behavior to me his yahoo IM is callet.young @yahoo.com

Read this............Are you all not reading on this number, what did I say about this number a while back? It is someone that knows you and has your cell number and is texting you from there Instant Messenger from there PC, it's someone that is just messing with you or someone that knows you and don't like you. It's not a fraud it's just someone texting you from a PC that is it period. Now move on with your life all you drama queens.....

the messages i was recieving from this number was from dustin dakota moore from cooper tx, its a web access that makes it difficult to track but it can be tracked
