Sorry, but I work for Comcast, and we don't give our our customers phone numbers, this number is a scam trying to act as our company "Comcast" to scam people.

I got few calls from this number. I did not pick up, then called back. The machine answered. It's Comcast marketing call. It allows me to select "do not call" option (press 2)

I live in Sherwood, Oregon.  I'm a Comcast customer.  Got the typical call tonite, no message, thought I heard some music.  Thx to everyone on this sight for their updates.  Stupid Comcast pukes.  Today is 12/27/16.

Xfinity or whatever name Comcast wants to call them selves.   They sold your number to telemarketers.    Fill a complain with the FCC starting that they sold your number without permission.

This number calls constantly so I finally answered and they didn't say anything. They just hung up. So I called back and a computer generated voice says you reached Bernard from Comcast.

Call almost every night. Phone says american support. Never answer and never leave a message

I finally answered, despite the caller ID of "american support", after about the third or fourth time they called me. It was some story about offering extra comcast services. I told them to never call me again, but what are the odds. I will block them.

Also despise Comcast and want to 'cut the cord, but don't know how.'  (Have been told their Internet is best.) I mostly watch the broadcast channels & could live without the rest. I do record--A LOT. Can't afford $230/month bill. What are you replacing them with? Any suggestions?

Said she was calling for Comcast and asked how was my service. (Fine, thanks.) Told me I was eligible for some upgrades in my t.v. package. (Not interested, thanks.) You are eligible for Xfinity home security service. Do you have a home security service? (That's none of your business).
        That's all folks, end of call.   I will be calling Comcast and ask why I am getting solicited by someone who is not directly associated with Xfinity/Comcast and what gives them the right to give out my phone number and other information.

Called every day this week, at the same time each day. No message left. Didn't answer call.

Gotten a daily call from them each day this week. Usually the messages are static, today it was a guy laughing and joking with someone else in the room, clearly not aware the answering machine was picking it up. As other posts suggested, I called the number back. The company is called "Bernard" apparently. I chose option 2 to add myself to the do-not-call-list.

They did this to me also and when I called comcast to complain ,they denied it ! it specifically states " this call is on behalf of comcast " ! am I hearing things or are they not telling the truth ! LIERS !

The name on my cid said "American Suppport". No message was left on my vm. I never answer calls where I don't recognize the name or number. If it's important enough, they'll leave a message.

*****THIS NUMBER IS NOT COMCAST***** If you receive a call from this number please call comcast and inform us about it because they are trying to compromise your account. if you accidentally gave them any personal information. ask for CSA and we will fix this issue.

I assure you we would not give out your information this call is a scam. please don't think that we would do this to you. any time Comcast calls you it will be from a 1800 number never something like this.

Got called just now. No message. I usually don't block numbers. I like my ringtone so I just put them under the title "spam" so I know not to answer as I'm getting my groove on.
