I got the same call today, asking to set up an interview because the "hiring manager saw my resume" online.  It is to enroll union workers with benefits before they run out of time. I am supposed to contact Nina at 800-927-7099, and the address of the interview is 4071 Port Chicago Highway Ste 200 in Concord.

If this requires licensing, I am not qualified and don't want to waste my time. Nor do I want to work on straight commission; I need an actual job with a non-contingent salary.

By the way, the person setting up the interview called from a landline in San Jose whose mailbox is full and no one answers return calls to that phone.

Same address #, and same phone number 888-252-3550 ext: 213 and contact name is Marisol, dose not sound right, not going to interview, thanks for other comments.

I also received a phone call from this company.  They said they had seen my resume on Monster.  They said they paid 45,000 - 55,000 per year depending on my interview.  The position was full-time w/benefits. This is supposedly a position for helping union employees complete paperwork.   Because I was in a hurry and had an appointment I went and set up an interview, and they gave me directions.  I asked them for the name on the door because I couldn't understand them when they first called.  She said the name was not on the door.  (Not a good sign).  I decided to do a check on both phone numbers (800-927-7099 - the one they gave me and 925-826-0350 - on caller I.D).  So glad I did.   Definately not going to go to the interview, and I'm not even going to bother calling them.  I hope they waste their time, like they were going to waste mine.

Hmm, I just received a call from the 408-490-1398 number.  Got the same soup warmed over to the effect of what farmerinthedell said.  Nina Serhan was her name.  Since I'm local, and intended to run a few errands that way anyway, I'm gonna go to the interview.  However, it is kind of strange to be meeting with a company that's in the same parking lot as EastBay Works, the local job placement office in the Concord CA area.  Another strange thing, is the fact I have to hit "reply" to read the email she sent me, but it reads out fine on my phone.

None the less, I'm gonna give it a shot with very low expectations.  I'll report my findings here, since there is a solid review of negative going for this company.

Thank you for all the blogs. I am not working presently. Just looking. They claimed that they got my resume from monster. I am an offshore worker, oil and scientific research work. I pilot ROVs and manned subs. I was confused about the call, thought that it was something to do with my industry. Tried to get clarification. Then some how whilst trying to get directions the blogs came up. Thank you.

So glad that I found this, got two interviews asked on the same day, because they called me first and asked me to be there at 10:30am, so I changed the interview time with my other job offer. Thanks for this scam job, I could have gone to my potencial job interview at 10 tomorrow. Now I don't want to do anything with this business and hopefully my other job can let me come in early.

Received call from Mariso about a position person to explain benefits to union workers.  She said the name will not be on our door since we share it with others.  She spelled the name of the organization as:
Jatost Soti. Location 4071 Port Chicago Hwy.

Which Labor Union?

Can't get any more nebulous then that..... Labor unions have well know names and affiliations.  
This has scam written all over it.  Although no angle understood to it.  Give them FAKE or false information if they ask.  

Likely some form of Phishing scam.
