Kaiser Appointment Reminder

It's definitely Kaiser. They automatically call me from that number to remind me that I have an appointment coming up.

Tried to call back but it was busy. I have Kasier and waiting for glasses to come in but they usually leave me a message.

As several people have said, this is the Kaiser appointment reminder number. I think they don't leave voice mail messages because of confidentiality. I, for one, appreciate how thorough and consistent Kaiser is about appointment reminders. Their communication system is impressive!

I marked this number as a contact on my phone, even though it's one-directional. Thus, when it comes up, I can see at a glance what it is, or who it was if I missed it.

I wish all my spam-ish calls were this kind of helpful!

I also have Kaiser, however, no message was left.  BAD practice if this is Kaiser, to remind you of "something", however, no message is left.  If you try to call the number back, buzy!

caller didn't leave a message. kaiser always leave a message if it is a reminder call.

Iam glad for sites like this. Got called by this number 6 times in half an hour. Thought it was another call from that darn outsourcing in India. Was kaiser. That's to all that post

Kaiser appointment reminder

If it is Kaiser and they are concerned about patient confidentiality, perhaps they should figure out a better system of reminding people about their appointments. It is frustrating to receive calls from them and get a busy signal when you call back. It takes forever to talk to a live person if you try calling them.

Got call from this automated Kaiser reminder to go to the lab. Since I just visited the lab some two weeks back, I called the lab about it and was told there was no such order from my doctor. I called my doctor's office and was told the same. This is a spam.

No msg was left.  I have applied for senior advantage Medicare coverage and thought maybe they are trying to reach me

Had a missed call,  Goggled it to get here and yep, did have another call from Kaiser to remind me of an appointment.

This is a Kaiser number that they harass uncooperative patients with.   It is a spam
Kaiser number.  When you call it back, it
will always be busy.  

Damn shame they cannot identify themselves as Kaiser... I'd answer them if they did!! LOL
