They got fined for their activities relating to real estate solicitations/leads and making false promises. Judgement was entered on 1/21/11.  


Reply! Inc. shall pay civil penalties in the amount of $40,000.00 and investigative cost related to this matter in the amount of $30,000.

This company from California is calling my business in New Jersey. A woman named Debra left a message saying she has heating & air conditioning leads for me. Sounds like same scam but a different story. Hopefully they will get fined again. I am reporting to the FTC.
