No calls from this number; however, a fraudulent charge against my checking account to Capital One Mobile was made.

Mine too! They took out money and I have no account with them.

I got a $300 debit out of my joint bank account in June 2018 using this number and stating Capital One/Mobile Payment. I reported to my bank immediately and had to close my account. There was what appeared to be a name which was Ryne Worsham who is from Sarasota FL and has a 2017 arrest record but I am continuing to look into any possible connection with him and the fraudulent charges.

No call either, but attempted a $600.00 debit from my company's account.

11/26/18  Received a fraudulent charge on our checking account as Capital One.  I have savings with Capital one but no checking so I do not pay bills with it.  Calling our Bank now to report fraud.. No call was received .  Just showed on our bank statement  927-974-4980

This number did not call me. It appears on my SAVINGS account statement as "Capital One Type: Mobile PMT: 9279744980 I almost never look at my savings, and they charged a total of $489 from Jan.16 through Jun. 24 in increments of $200, $25, $100, or $39. I called my credit union. They put a stop payment/refuse charges on the account, and started ACH transactions to get some of my money back.

Six fraudulent withdrawals from a checking account in 5 days, Capital One and Citi Bank.  No telephone calls, just the withdrawals.  Bank notified.

Just happened to me. I see all these posts are from 2018-2019 but here it is July 2020 and it's still happening! 636.65 bucks just gone. I hope my bank fixes this.

Sorry, this was not a call. It was a fraudulent charge on my bank.

They took out 600.00 from my acct how I don’t know! They didn’t call me just took out money

$5000 fraudulent withdrawals from my checking account to capital one mobile in a span of 2 weeks.
Just received my statement and bank was notified. Account closed. No call was made!

This definitely seems to be tied to Capital One Mobile.
