Rude woman calling and asking for "structural maintenance manager"

The lady that calls from this number is extremely rude & pushy!  She has been asked to put our company on the "do not call list" numerous times! She refuses!  I looked up some info on the web & it pulled up r.C. Davis company. I'm not sure it the calls are originating from there, but that's the only lead i have.

This number goes to a company out of Farmingdale NY by the name of R.C. Davis Co Inc. Their Website is https://www.truebond.com/ . R.C Davis Company Inc are Manufacturers of Epoxy Concrete Repair and Coating Products. They call me several times a day as to where I do not answer the phone. I told her that I was not interested and to remove me from her call list, doesn't seem to work.  All the reviews are correct. The lady is very rude!

They called here today, I think they've called before but with a different number.

Very rude woman, goes by the name "Tina."   Very vague in who, what and why she was calling me. I told her I shouldn't have to pull the info out of her, she should be more forthcoming with representing herself.  Will never get an employee name out of me.

Tina strikes again, very rude, I started to give her me email address to send her info and she said No, No No, No, NO, NO.  Women must have a condition or she takes rejection to heart.  Needs to find a new line of work.

Got a call today from 'Tina' wanting to speak with someone who oversees/handles structural maintenance. I asked what it was in regards to...she said she was responding to an 'inquiry'. She was very persistent in trying to get a name out of me...someone who oversees maintenance. Also asked to be put through to someone's voicemail.
I asked her to hold so I could speak with someone about who may have inquired (hoping she would hang up if not legit, but wanted to be sure with management...since we have some current projects happening). Spoke with upper management, they indicated we are not involved with this company. I told her we didn't have any inquiries with them that we are aware, so she would need to call back with more information regarding project and/or give us a name as to whom we need to direct her, otherwise, we can not help her. She asked who she should ask for when she calls back. I told her 'operations'...wasn't going to give her a name that she could try to ship something out to and charge us without our knowing and follow up with an invoice...for something we didn't order. This happens all too much to others from what I understand. Hoping she gets the hint and doesn't call back.

This lady does not introduce herself and is very rude and accuses you of being rude when you are just asking questions and do not have time to spend on an unwanted call. When you tell her corporate handles everything through operations and purchasing she gets even more irate. She calls back numerous times could be weeks apart maybe months thinking you do not remember her. This women needs to retire or whoever owns RC Davis needs to get her off the customer service part of her job. Put her in a cell like room and give her just paperwork to file and do.
