    This call is from Tax Mediation Services.  Call back gets, "Welcome to the Tax Mediation Agency."  It goes on to instruct you as to what service is offered and how to be removed from the call list.  While there are legitimate Tax Mediation services, unless you have initiated the call, it behooves you to hang up on these calls. Please note they do not call themselves the IRS but in the case of scams, they do attempt to gather your personal information.  Again, unless you initiate the call, these cold calls should not be trusted.
