Mitch McGary guy said he was from Corporate Recovery Division and he told me I needed to call in regards to a pick up order scheduled to be completed within the next 48 hours and if I have any questions regarding the merchandise scheduled for repossession feel free to call him back.  I have nothing that is scheduled for repossesion and am not behind on any payments. I returned call said did the call come from Constable Diaz's office. I hung up definetely a scam.

I got a call from someone identifying himself as Thomas Kelly for fraudulent non sufficient of payment to his company (not identified), if I want to talk to him before it is sent to the county, call him directly at 936-342-6102.

Received a call today from a man telling me I was going to be served papers to reprocess items if I did not settle.  Didn't know what he was talking about I don't owe anything to anyone except my car and home.  He had the last 4 digits of my SS# which is scary.  I googled the phone # while talking and told him I thought he was a scam and he became very rude with me.   I asked to speak to his supervisor and he said he did not have one.  He started talking real fast so I just hung up.

They really did serve me. What should i do? This is the first time this has happen to me.
