political calls are exempt from the DNC regs. If  you have caller ID and your phone has a digital address book, then it might also have a call block feature. I just got a call from this number, and like others noted, if I dont recognize the caller, i let it dump to VM. No message was left, so checking here, I see its American Future Fund again. this is the second different number that they have called from ( the other was 203 671 8913 ). I just added this number to my call block list on my phone. They can dial me again and again, but my phone will just ring once and then hang up on them for me. I love it.

They called here. I hung up. Right away the phone started ringing again. Jerks. Send them to jail.

I am on a Do Not Call list and wish these would stop.

Why are any calls exempt from the DNC reg?  Isn't it clear that if we go through the trouble to register on the list that we don't want to be bothered...by anyone?

The call is a robocall political from a conservative, right-wing group American Future Fund. In my experience they keep calling and calling.

American Future Fund was founded by Nicholas T Ryan whose Twitter name is @NicholasTRyan

His bio reads: Businessman, conservative, and Founder of American Future Fund.

Send him a message if you can't stand these calls anymore.

Hung up as soon as they said it was for a poll.  Call blocking is useless for these kinds of calls, if you block one number they call back on another until you have used up all your slots.

I went to do a Google search a few minutes later I was shocked to see it had chamged.
It originally came up with a 193 area code. From India
The 193 area code is used to dial to the following cities:  India - Jammu and Kashmir - Anantnag
India will be 10 1/2 hours ahead of Eastern Standard Time in the United States
Calling the USA from India....Dial 011, the international access code for India..... dial 91, the country code for India.....and then USA number.
Please correct me if I am wrong.

When these and others call, I pick up then I start tapping the phone on the table!

This number has called every day this week.  A couple times i let the answering machine get it and they leave no message.  Today they called and i answered and could tell it was a telemarketing call as there was a delay before there was anthing on the other end so i hung up

number says unknown number. rang once and never left a message. cant wait til this campaign crap it over so these people will still the robo calls.

Received a call Thursday evening, caller ID says from Ohio. When I answered the recording asked if election's were held to day whom would I vote for? At that time I hung up.

Do you really think politicians or their parties are any more honest on the phone than they are in crongress?
