Got a call from this number on my cell on Sunday, 3pm. 2 rings, no message.

Not sure but I think it's American Home Shield.  The # called my cell and then within seconds my house phone rang.  It was a recording from AHS.

I got a voicemail for Allison. June 29 2010.

Received a half a ring call from them  0853 @ 6/29/2010

Nothing to do with Craig's list.  I have nothing on Craig's list, got the random call (missed it - no voicemail) on AT&T cell phone.

It is NOT ATT. I have been a customer of theirs for 14 years.  It is a solicitor out of california, recorded message. Junk mail box to them

Just got a call from this number.  Same as everyone else...quick ring and then hang up.  Really don't think it's a debt collector like someone suggested...nothing past due here.  I'm AT&T.

Just got a call from this number on the 4th of July?  Didn't recognize it so didn't answer it.  They left no message.

Got a call from this number to my Verizon cell phone at 5:07 pm West Coast time. Didn't answer and they left no message. I know the area code is south Orange County (Irvine/Mission Viejo).

Called my AT&T phone, caller did not leave a message. Call received 8:15pm 7/4/10 PST.

just got a phone call from this number... half of a ring then hung up.. Have an AT&T phone..

missed a call at 5:48 pst... called back... sounded like it said "Gay Cosmo" and when i hit #2, it said "Gay Cosmo is all about getting things done" and then disconnected me. i'm on at&t

I have AT&T. No debt, no late bills. Call with quick hangup from this number. Assuming it's junk. I'm also on the National DNC list, so sounds like this number should be reported.

Miss call call back no answer

Same as everyone else...so I called back until I got the phone system and opted to receive a text message with more information.

First message:
"LIMBO: You signed up at limbo for a daily 3 Day Forecast alert. Msg&Data Rates May Apply Reply HELP for info or STOP to cancel www.limbo.com"

I replied STOP and got this reply:
"Brightkite.com - You have disabled messaging from all of our mobile services. Support: support@brightkite.com"

Also on their phone system I heard an ad for Net10 prepaid cell phones. Company name sounds like "Hey Cosmo" or something similar. Could be one word, it's too tough to be sure.

Sounds to me like a one-off guy doing some freelance marketing.

Looks like Hey Cosmo is the company behind this. Anyone can hire them to do different kinds of communication stuff.
