Called and asked if I was Mr. xxxxx.  somehow he had my last name. I asked him what it is about and he said bunch of expletives ... no answer when i call back.  it's a cell phone.   please report to https://oag.ca.gov/contact/consumer-complaint-against-business-or-company

To those who have voice mail recordings of inappropriate or sexual language used by the caller, or who have had live conversations of the same, or calls that instill fear for your safety, you should file a police report! They have the means to investigate obscene and unlawful calls from any source. Repeated and unwanted calls are considered harrassment and are unlawful; as well. Don't just sit back and take it. Take action and contact the police demanding an investigation! Provide the recorded voice mail as evidence, record the calls when they occur; obtain copies of your telephone records to substantiate the number of calls, which the police can obtain as well.  Stand up to the caller, don't continue to be a victim or allow the caller to victimize others by taking no action..

The person that called me said they are with Wise/Wyse (sp) Construction.  Extremely unprofessional group of people.

Just got a call from 323.457.2486.  Said his name was Robert from the same company.  Extremely pushy and rude and had the nerve to hang up on me.  When I called him back, he said he hung up on me because I "hurt his feelings" by not allowing him to come give me an estimate.  Really?

Home improvement company calls me EVERY DAY!

Multiple times per day. Leaves no message.  Constantly calling.

Asked them to take me off their call list..."not going to happen". Wonderful...will these calls ever stop!!

Someone named Bob Sherman said he called and spoke to me last year about "construction". BS. I hate these calls. Super creepy. I advised he could speak to my brother in law contractor and he hung up.

Caller identified me correctly by my last name, then proceeded asking me if I needed home repairs, I hung up and blocked number the number.

Heard silence then a long beep.

This number keeps calling me, asks for someone named David and when I tell them they have the wrong number and request they take this number off their call list, they've hung up on me before I can even finish my sentence.

Called and left no message.

For over 2 years, I have been getting these calls on my home phone, lately these  daily calls keep from 949-324-1709 are very disturbing and makes me feel uncomfortable and harassed.
This number is a cell phone. I don't NOT answer the phone and HE DOES NOT leave messages.
My home number is listed on the www.donotcall.gov and continuous calls are a violation
I am going to report 949-324-1709 to the Federal Trade Commission
