I would not trust somebody to handle any type of marketing for me who does not use proper grammar.

Called and asked to speak to the owner by name.  Impressive.  A cold caller who does research.  However this caller fell short by an improper sales call.  First identify yourself ass--hole.  Then go into your sales pitch.  You think because you know the name of the owner it makes you better than any other cold call?  No.  And only an idiot handles their marketing over the phone with a company that uses phone numbers you cannot call back.  Caller ID was created for a reason.  I suggest you scrap your marketing program and start over before you test your skills on small business owners trying to make a living.  Go take a hike.

They called me and spoke for a moment and when I politely told them I wasn't interested they got very rude, told me off and hung up. They are not a big company and here's something I learned about companies that aren't that big;

You can tie up THEIR phones is you excessively call THEM.
Call them ALL DAY.
Just don't be rude or say anything that can get you arrested (like threatening them).
You can even tell them what you are doing and that you are doing it because THEY solicited YOU (which gives you every right to continue to call back)
Ask them a thousand things, keep them occupied, tie up THEIR business.
