She stalked me on FB. She is creepy.

The only interaction I had with this idiot was over a decade ago and limited to a few phone calls and e-mails. Thankfully, nothing materialized and I've never seen, met, or had any sort of financial dealings with this sociopathic turd - happened to Google his name one day and was strangely unsurprised to see that it took years for this to be put to a stop. From what I can remember, this "guy" was absolutely pathetic but liked to make himself sound spectacular. He was also ridiculously persistent and didn't like taking "no" for an answer. Thankfully, I disappeared from cyberspace and by the time he reached out again, was nowhere to be found. It's sad that the women who were targeted to this extent were vulnerable enough to succumb to his poisonous nonsense - hoping justice makes itself known soon and that they can all move on with happy, healthy lives.

Apparently he got better at his "craft" as he went along his destructive path. He never conned me...in retrospect there  were red flags that I purposely overlooked(the big question for me is why would I be willing to do that), but I believed him. I guess even monsters have people who care about them. I don't know how he fooled me so easily, but I do know that I learned a lesson from this situation. Many lessons. I'm hoping that we all did. We are willing to accept less than we want or deserve when we ourselves are less than we want to be. The only way to stay open to the healing process is to work within ourselves. Energetic shifts bring great prosperity in all of our lives. Some lessons are harder than others, but each lesson brings us closer to our true selves. How did she stalk you on Facebook? She is an odd bird. She has this weird challenge thing about her. As in "If you don't think it can be done then just watch me do it." In a negative situation this can be dangerous and impulsive. I just don't understand how someone with her background could be in cahoots with an unsuccessful man that is Tohid Alam.Maybe she has some mental issues too. I don't know. The whole thing is so wrong and so bizarre.  They must be related. When I saw her things he told me it was his sister's. We believe what we want to believe. Sadly...I have trouble believing anyone now.  Sept 28th...you will get justice.

Today is the day! Is anyone going to his court appearance? Can someone update us if they know what is going on?

it was a pre trial hearing. I did not go. I may  go to his actual trial when they set a date. According to the jail Info online he is still in custody. Do you want to go to the trial?

I want to go to the actual trial. I just looked on the site and the next court appearance is blank. It makes me sick. His lawyer is Fred Thiagarajah. This sick loser doesn't even deserve an attorney. Makes me sick.

Did you get any money from the DA's office ? The DA is now trying to steal the money and saying that a lesser amount will be given to the victims after a court order was issued for a higher amount. DA's office is corrupt.He is out of jail. Money is supposed to be distributed to the victims but now the DA's office is trying to steal it and change the amounts that the court has awarded to his victims.  Court system is corrupt. Court case was a waste of time. Justice system failed us.

He never took anything from me so I'm not part of the payback group. I'm sorry that you are having such trouble.

I settled out of court. Am planning to sue Tohid Alam at small claims court if I do not receive my money. I have time and I want justice. He cannot hide anymore. He changed his number again by the way.

Did the document that you signed in order to receive the proceeds state that you were prohibited from pursuing the claim any further? I want you to get justice so that you can close this part of your life experience whole taking with you what you learned. Did he steal a lot? Don't blame yourself...he is a professional scam artist and is highly intelligent. Dumb...but intelligent. I am completely leaving this behind me. The after effects of this experience has left me looking to destroy every relationship that I have had since. It's best to leave the toxic behind you. Don't carry it around anymore. It isn't yours to carry ...it is his. Good luck!!

This guy is back to his old game. Harrassing me and my family. Everyone reading this should know that he will not stop at any cost. We have to report him to the cops again. Also he has an account on linkedin and stalks everyone through that account. He knows where all of us work. We have to find a way to put an end to this beast!

Notify the social media sites used and LinkedIn. Contact the DA's in city and state where the alleged scamming took place.  You will have a hard fight, but if are prepared with facts and figures, you might get some results.  Actual Theft will have to have taken place, and well documented.

PS - Vendetta posts here weaken any case you make - the cops and DA's will be eager to dismiss your complaints as you are pissed off about a bad date.
