I used to get this messages in the Summer of 2009 advising if i do not pay they would pick me up at work and take to to court. They would call 5 to 10 times per day. I called them out and they continued harder. I did call Henderson Police and when they got involved they stopped. They just started calling again today. How did you  get their # stopped!!!   They are 100 percent Fraud !!!!!!

I got a Call From this Number Saying the Exact same thing as everyone else. The Man was very persistant and Rude. He wanted me to Fax him My Drivers Licence photo copt, My Credit card Munber and to get this Notorized at 8:00 at Night. I told him The fax lines were down and he said to do it around 9:00 in the Morning. When I told him I had to work he said to do it around 1:00.

Last week I got the same type of call and was told I had a half hour to get a notarized letter out to them saying I would pay them back and again, no one could tell me who was trying to sue me.  The accents were so heavy, I could hardly understand anyone.  Someone calling herself Anna Jones (with an Indian accent) called me from 602-314-3388.  Gave me numerous fax numbers 206-338-6202 and 888-849-1756.  I asked for an email telling me who was trying to sue me and that was over a week ago. I checked with my bank and was told a "Sanders Legal Group" was trying to take out funds, but the only real Sanders is the Sanders Law Group, also located in Florida. Again, they keep saying a lawsuit is filed in California.  So glad I found these other emails about this scam.  Obviously they are using another phone number.

This company is a joke!!! I mean...I don't mean to offend anyone, but do people really fall for this phone call??? I mean... don't get me wrong, when they left a voice mail the first time..I freaked out. It def got me thinking. But the more I kept thinking about it, I knew I never went through a whole application to get a pay day loan! So I called them back and acted like my lawyer! Drilled them hard with a lot of questions they stummbled to answer. They said they deposited money to my account at the end of March, Funny that account did not get opened till the middle of April!!! Now I have numerous numbers calling me saying the same stuff. Who do they think they are kidding!! With that thick, THICK accent, and a name like Eric Brown or Kevin Smith...REALLY???? I have never known a REAL Eric or Kevin that talked like that!!!! HAVE YOU??????

I got a call from +05312293, it was hard to understand but he said I am going to be sued for laundering money and other things.  When I asked him about the "laundering money" he said: "forget about it, you sound like a good woman and I am sure you are going to pay the debt" since I have a loan with a payday loan co. I thought it was real.  I thank God I decided to search (because of the phone #) I am sure it is a scam. the name of the company is Legal Accounts Association.  He has called me 11 times in within 1 hour. I am not responding, left me a number to call back...567-248-2086.  Can someone do something to stop this kind of people.  (I was sick (my stomach) all night because of this call, could not sleep)  Thanks for your time.

I received a call several months ago, with a similar message.  I didn't recognize the number, so I didn't answer.  I googled the number and read the postings about the company.  I knew what I was dealing with, and called them back. They threatened me with court, being arrested, etc...
I told them I wanted to know who the company was that they respresented.  When they said they couldn't tell me, I told them that, by law, they have to provide me with the information.  The guy I was talking to, INDIAN, yelled at me, after I told him that I was calling my attorney general.  He hung up on me.  Didn't hear from them again.
But, the otherday, i got another call night, with the same scenario, just different company.  I called them back, also asking what the company name was.  I told him i have not defaulted on any loan, and owe no one any money.  I told him that I knew they had been reported to the BBB, and that I was contacting my AG again.  he told me not to threaten him.  It's not a threat.  It's a promise.  They are not very smart.  They're just sneaky.  They prey on the fear of some people.  Everyone needs to understand that as soon as they threaten that the police are coming to get you, IT'S A SCAM!!  YOU CANNOT BE ARRESTED FOR HAVING DEBT!!!

I have just had a call from these people but the number was 951-708-1967 and they say I took out a payday loan fromAdvanced data plus and I need to pay them 623.00 now or fight in court. They have my info so that bothers me. How can we stop these people because I have never taken out a loan from this place and I also need to know how to freeze my Social also. Please respond it would help alot. The person I got the message from was Edward Brown and he sounded like he was from India.
