Called me from a local number and left this number in their voicemail claiming that the message was for Kelly Janke. I don’t know who that is, but it’s not the person who had this number before me. The voicemail sounded like a scam, but it’s clear that this Kelly Janke is a scam artist as well because she’s stolen my phone number.

This person called me saying there is a claim against me and they will deliver paper work to my employer.

Got a call from local number telling me to call this 951-268-7962 and enter a provided reference number. Said they would call my work if they didn't hear from me. Claimed I had a complaint against me. Also sent this same message to my brothers phone. So I'm assuming they hacked my phone or another website to obtain that.

Just received a call from 858-280-2270 saying I had documents waiting, but refused to provide why. The lady said her name was Angie. She sounded like she could be of Asian decent. Told me to call 951-268-7062, which I will not be doing. Sounds like a scam because I have no late fees or anything in collections.

Stated they have documents to serve me. Gave a file number, refused to say what it was urged me to call them back. When I hung up on her, she phoned again.

Someone called me from #919-719-5747 saying there's a pending case against me and not calling them back will be documented as evading or refusing an order of compliance. They gave me reference # and ask to call 951-268-7062.

Received call from 3252086901, which appears to be local for me, asking for my 82 yr old Dad. When I probed to see what it was regarding I was told a sealed legal matter and papers needing to be served. I took the 9512687062 number and a reference number to do my own investigations. My Dad has had the same number for over 25 yrs so not sure why they would call me. Sounds like a scam!

This is one version of the Process Service Scam. There are no papers, no legal matter. Do not call back or talk to these crooks. Block the number.
