Same problem, repeated calls.  When I do get a human voice they try to sell me solar panels (which I already have).  They have been advised that I am on the FCC do not call list.  I final got the information I needed when I agreed to an appointment.   The sponsoring company is Energy Remodeling, Inc.  16134 Hart Street, Van Nuys, CA  91406-3903.  Their telephone number is 858-737-1744.  I told them that the fine for violating the FCC do not call list is $1500 per incident and that in the future I would record the calls and sue them in small claims court.  

So call them directly at 858-737-1744 and threaten legal action if they do not remove your name.  

You can also locate their local representative on the Internet.  Call and tell them the same thing.

I have gotten many calls from this number.   When I do answer a women is calling for and knows the city I live in.  She is trying to sell solar but talks so fast you can not hear the full company name.  I ask to be removed from their list and I am told there is no list and why would I not want solar "honey." I asked her not to call back but they keep calling every few days.  I am totally annoyed, when I finally told them I was renting I got a rude response. This is turning into harassment, hopefully they finally give up, this company is totally creepy.  I will contact the FFC.
