Just got one too. Biggest flag is if they are truly calling for someone they'd say who they are calling for in the message. So done with these people.

they called and said that some one had sued my fieancea  and if i didnt get her on the phone in 20 min they would start court papers  etc     i googled this while on the phone with them read  this all off to her as i asked  why call my phone since she has her own phone listed well all over the internet  etc    they placed me on hold never to come back

Tired of people calling and not say what they really are doing like trying to have you pay.  That is not legal to do after being written off or whatever!!!!!!

You can report them and also call the police and report them so they can have the file in the system. It's a crime scamming people for money and it did happen to me last week so I took up the advice from my friend who work for a bank to call the cop and report the crime.

got the same call from 951-319-7722 about someone filed complaint  against me or my workers or  bussniess  an  etc.... i said you do what you gotta  do....... an then ended the call..

The same as the above people being harrassed. I get the same phone call 2 to 3 times per week. I had no idea what it was about other than it is extremely annoying. I am going to call them back to see what's going on. I'm positive it's a scam. They already have my number so it's not an issue to call them back. After that, I will block them.

It just happened to me it was a male. Gave me a different number than the one with the voice-mail. I am to contact if I have any questions regarding a legal summons the person will attempt 3 times to serve you and if they cannot it will be failure to be served??? I don't know if I want to call and ask what it's about. Sounds fishy they wouldn't warn you like that in his message. But he did give his name which is weird. Idk
