9515375323also called my ex and had my kids cryin sayin she was goin to jail so i went to take care of the problem and he told her if she didn't have 598 dollars in 15 mints he was goin to have a warrent out for her arrest  and he kept hangin up so i kept callin himn to stop harrasing told him i was callin my local police dept and stated i have family in law enforcement and you mess with us u got them to deal with he said i dont give a crap but it was the other word i said go ahead and try me and see who wins i have looked up the number and it comes from hemmit calif

I didn't answer the call because I didn't recognize the number, but the Indian-sounding guy left a message for Jerika (?) (not my name anyway).  Said his name was "Alan Adams".  (Yeah, sure.  From the sound of it, I'll  bet his real name has about 15 syllables.)  Some vague threat of legal action, time-critical, have your lawyer call me, blah, blah, blah...

I just recive a call from the same number Allan. He was even calling my family before. My brother answered and acted like he was me and snapped out on him it was funny. They cant do anything jail wise just harrase you.

got a call from this number. they said i was being arrested for legal issues. they had my ssn and full name. i asked for what and they hung up.watch ur accounts

Applied for online loan for my husband and when we went to the bank yesterday there was a charge for $99 that wasn't accepted due to insufficient funds.  We had to cancel and re-open our account.  Then the next day an Indian guy called Samuel Anderson called my husbands work.  I called him back and Alex said he had just left and that it was a confidential legal matter and he was an attorney.  Told me he could speak to the courts and get the arrest warrant lifted if I could give them 2900 in 15 minutes.  When I told him I didn't have that he asked me how much we could afford to pay and I said maybe 800 but I would be broke.   I was crying at this point thinking my husband is being arrested at work and going to jail for 6 months.  I hung up on him because I was so upset and googled the phone number and found this site... I feel much better now.

Im prior service army.  I got a call from these [***] sticks saying I need to have me or my autorney call then back asap.  So I called back, I told them I didn't know who they were and I didn't take out a loan and I had traced their number to california.  The indian man asked me "are you insane?" Then had the audacity to tell me to "go [***] myself"...

does anyone have info on this place like say an exact address, company name, etc???

These people have my info and keep threatning me saying they are from some federal office and im in big trouble told them my husband is an attorney. They told me i was going to jail going to be arrested at work

arrest, you ask for them to send the information, This mideastern man called and. Said I had a class action. Filed against me

they called me and told me i was going to be arrested at my work place if i didnt make a payment they wanted me to buy a money card and give them the number.i went to the cops and they called them the cop told him to stop the calls to me,i was scared at first because they had all my information,i reported them to the dept of fraud-i was so mad,they called me at 8am in the morning,i called them back and cussed them out,he told me the authoritys were coming to my job lmao.. i just laughed,its scary how ppl can get your information,make sure u keep running credits reports,i also changed my bank account #.

I got the same call and he said his name was alex Watson and he worked for jullian marshall. I paid him 340 dollars out of fear and now he said I need to pay the full amount or I will be arrested. He had someone call me right after I hung up named mark Murphy from la county sheriff department sayin he is now fowarding my info to my county for the arrest warrant. Sounded kind of weird.

i haved received multiple calls from alex watson threating me about a loan and sending police to job. he wanted to take payment over the phone.He had indian accent, and i received another call from a different number

I'm a professional debt collector.  I just tried to call a client of mine and he left a message on his voice greeting that if this was the guy from 951 537 5323 who keeps leaving threatening messages on his phone to expect to hear from his attorney if he leaves another one.  I was curious so I looked it up here.  People, there is no such thing as debtors prisons in this country for at least 150 years.  Everything this guy is saying is 100% illegal.  A legitimate debt collector will always be respectful, will always call you from a recorded line, and will never make a threat, curse you, or lie to you.  My advise, if you receive another one of these calls, contact your state attorney general.  They know how to deal with these idiots that are giving my profession a bad name.
