i too got a call i am freaked out.. but now i see this and am relieved. officer david cooper was his name indian guy sounds like a voice over i keep hearing beeps and [***]. idk what to do. they are calling for some loan i never got said it was deposited into my account.... well i hope this is a bunch a bull like everyone elses issue.

I received the same phone call at my job today from the same name "Mike Brown" telling me he was from the States Atty's office. I asked what state and he said California. Ummm I live in Connecticut. Scam..but still frustrating that he called and told my boss he was calling about legal charges.

I'm also getting these calls n I just tried looking into some payday loans online .. but never went thru with any of them .. has anyone else done this? Maybe thts wheel they are getting our info from??? Now I'm curious

I got the same call saying that I had a law suit coming fine out it was [***]. They got my info After i filled out a payday loan that I didnt expect. Its a scam !

I too have gotten phone calls from this number saying I'm being sued so I called them at first no answer no machine called later and got a indian person with very poor english when I asked what the suit was he told me I was rude and when I told him to take his [***] a** back to the country he came from he hung up  this is defininatly a scam send them nothing

If you got for a loan or c/c on line this is when it started with me. If you want a c/c apply threw your bank. This same guy has called me and had my husbund name and lat for #'s of his ss asked him for the all the numbers and he said he did not have it but he was calling from the district attonys offic lol , well the other day he call and I answer the phone and he ask for my hushund again and I ask whos calling please and he told me yet a nother name and I replieled to him that I was agent allen from the fbi and he stared given me  a line of bull that he was just returning tis persons call . I then replaied that I had pages and pages of numbers that he has called and we have wire taps on everyone one of them the phone went dead at this point so far no more calls just do not aplly on line for anything go threw your bank they have everything you would need . I needed money real fast death in the family and had to have it to get where I was going never again . Hope that this hepls oh by the way before he hung up I told him we wil get you and I would make it my duty to do so . sorry for my mistakes but i have had 5 mini stroke in 2 yrs . but i'm not stupied just the brain does not want to work with my fingers to well . try what i did next time this idot calls if we all do this maybe he will leave us all alone

i got fone calls at my job from this # telling me i have criminal counts on my ss#   they said they were with the ohio state generals office..... that was on sat....also was very rude to the young girl who answered the phone.....  should i report to police?

i have applied for online loans and they called me saying his name was stuart ans my information was legally being invesgtiaed they called my job..so i changed my bank accoount # and now in the process of trying to do other things to protect myself

they cannot get your bank account number or your full ss # this is a scam and they are justtrying to get you to give them money for some bad debt that you owe. I Have jsut not answered my celly and I'm collecting al l the number that he leaves with a voice mail and calling a reporting them to the number that was giving on a post on here. they can not get into your bank acount with your Id # or password or any other accounts that you have online loans only ask for your routing # and bank account number they cannot take money out unless you have singed something or have your debit number I have checked some sites and some ask for your debit card number and password , well that is a red flag for me . and if they say that I got a loan threw them on line I would say where is the hand writtern singture of mine not a type one or a e-singture don't worry this guy will be got yesterday call me and I answered agent allen and he ask who i was and I told him that I was fbi and this line and any others that have been reported to us were also being tapped no calls on a sat from anywhere and no govement agent would call anyone what a joke then the phone went dead and I called back and no answer this guy has the same voice and accent each time but always a driffrent name , no phone today and I bet there will not be one any more

I receive about 8-10 calls of these a day all from the same number 951-821-8857. I never answer my home phone and when I finally check the voicemails I had 12!! most of them I couldnt understand but one of them was very threatening. The one time I did answer my phone today was because I was tired of the phone ringing off the hook.. and the guy asked for my husband and when I said he wasnt here he got all rude and hung up on me. He told my husband the other day on the phone that someone was commiting fraud in his name and he needed my husbands atty to contact him. After listening to the voicemails and reading peoples comments here I know for sure that this is a scam now. There has got to be a way to stop these people.

A 911 number called me on Thanksgiving and asked me to call this number cause I was being sued under my SS#. but couldn't give any type of info. Than told me because I was calling them so much they were going to have father law actions brought apon me.

got a call again and did not pick up then put my phone on private caller and caled back and the idot when he picked said hello Mother f***** how may I help you and kept saying what the hell do you want and I just started laughing my head off and he said go f*** your self and hung up have not got one call so far and this was about 4 hrs ago and by know I would have gotten at least 12 thank god that I'm retired and he does not have my home phone unlisted but some how he got my cell # and I just turn it off and check after awhile so I guess I pissed him off a little what do you think

This number has called me numerous times a day. At first the man (in very poor English) threatened me over voice messages, so I called the number back thinking WTF??? It just kept ringing for the first couple of times then they would pick up and then hang up. Today I get like 5 calls early in the morning andthey are leaving messages including my SS#, stating that they are filing charges against me, he even gave my address!!! How can I stop these people, this is definitely harassment!

Robin Brown keeps calling me from this number asks if I am aware of a lawsuit? Respnded "NO' proceeded to tell me to call him back at that number and gave me his employee ID#. Never called him back. Keeps calling when I told him that he really needs to get a life and stop the threats I hung up. He called back left me a message that this is the last call that I will receive and tells me the his next step would be prosecuting me in federal court. WILL NOT RETURN ANY CALLS!

THIS HAS 'SCAM' WRITTEN ALL OVER!

I got the same crap from Damon Marshall number is 916-500-4945. I called the California State Bar Commission and I am going to file an attorney complaint against this guy. I suggest everyone on here do the same to stop this thief.

I also received a call from this Damon Marshall and he told me a warrant issued for me and they were coming to arrest me at my job. This has to be a scam and it's harrasment. It caused stress and unecessary anxiety.
