The company is Carribean Cruise Lines and as stated in previous comments they are the epitome of bad business.

I've been receiving calls from them - off and on - for the past 2 years. Recently, they have been very persistent in their attempts to get in touch...Alex, or so he's called, the absolute worst salesman I've ever encountered just hung up on me a few minutes ago simply because I asked for his last name. Considering he was trying to brainwash me into thinking I paid his company $898 16 months ago. That's not it, he was calling to inform me that I owe his company another $898 but he'd be so gracious as to knock a hundred bucks off PLUS I would be upgraded to the "best room AVAILABLE on the cruise" and if I have any descrepancy they (he and lawyers) would be more than happy to provide an audio recording of previous convos....

Long story short these people who are most likely not based out of Florida and want nothing more than to steal as much money as they possibly can...got more to say but thats all for now

Have you got this figured out because I am in the same boat. How do you get them to stop? I have a call blocker on my phone so I don't have to talk to them nor do they get my voice mail. At this point, I am not to worried but would like it to stop.

This number called me today.  Harassing me telling me that I owe for a vacation I put a down payment on 3 years ago, and never went on.  so now I either pay 700.00 or forfeit the trip and they will put me into collection.  Scam!!!   Wanted a credit card. I wouldn't give it.  They said they would turn it over to their collection dept.

It's a scam from ft lauderdale, call them back and say you talked to carnival marketing and the broward sheriff's office they are investigating it currently. then tell them to [***].

Call them back, press zero, demand info about the company as required by law.  Then tell them that you contacted carnival internal marketing and the Broward Sheriff's office and they are aware of it and investigating it

This is a Scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They got me for $250.00 for a cruise 18 months ago. I just got off the phone with them 12/22/11 4:00 pm. and I told them that I just placed it in as a lost because I never received any paper work on the cruise. I then said; but sense I have you on the phone can I get my money back? He said it been 18 months; I said I know and you calling back for more money and your getting an attitude; like I O U money, he then hong up on me.

Hope this number quits calling. How in the heck do they get your cell

This number calls me constantly. I tried to call them back after reading these messages, and it says "call can not be completed as dialed." There has to be a way for everyone getting these calls to file a harassment claim.

keeps hanging up (PRANK CALLER)

They call despite the fact we have registered in the do not call list. Caller comes up as unknown in the caller id. We don't pick up.

Whoever this is calling me was rude from the get go...I know where they are located...and I will take matters into my own hands!!! My lawyer will be visiting them very soon!!!

Receive calls from this number repeatedly have requested that they stop, have blocked the number and they call from a different number.  

Caller states: "You are on a recorded line, is that ok?" Me: "why am I being recorded?" caller says " for training purposes" but refuses to explain what company he is or works for. Once I declined being recorded caller said: "thank you for your time" and hung up. This is clearly a scam. I'm a so fed up with daily Telemarketers calling although my number is listed on the NATIONAL "DO NOT CALL" LIST.
