Tip Off: They leave messages where they refer to your full name multiple times: "Raymond K Hessel"
Tip Off: They sound defeated in life and are very pissed off about it!
Tip: They'll leave a reference number or a name like "David Fisher" who doesn't exist, if you call back and reference either, it's a code for "I owe money, please bully' me!" They'll mark the caller ID and they will "keep calling, keep calling, keep calling" your number until "you go, you go, you go... Or more like "pay"
Tip: If you do answer, give them a different name or refuse to give one at all, they will insist you are you and provoke you to admit it.
My 2 cents (which they can't have): They may get pretty nasty, but hey, only Al Bundy went to debters prison and you can't get blood from a stone. Suck it "Mr Fisher!"

The callers, phone number research suggests the calls come from a phone in Long Island City, NY,  pretend to be from the IRS. The man with a middle eastern accent referred to himself as Officer Peter somebody, and that he was calling me on behalf of the IRS, to tell me that the IRS will sue me if I don't pay my taxes through their company. I reported the caller to the IRS, and the callers from Long Island City, NY continue to call my home. Do not fall prey to their lies. Report them, immediately!!!

This number is connected to a mobile spam scam..1st they spam ur email on ur mobile device if it gets through somehow..it happened to me and the email was opened...  then they get ur mobile phone number and sell it to the other mobile phone spam scammers..i'm getting a number of calls from spammers in Fla...don't answer them!!!!

From what I have read you r not responsible for her debts anyway even if they weren't taken care of

Called at 7:45 PM 11/20/14.  Did not leave a message but answering machine was on.  Have caller ID  is I do not know the number I do not answer

calling my home over and over. Talked with them today and they're asking for my relatives number?  I did not provide. They advise they're recording the call I said no you do not have my permission as I don't know who you are.

United Collections Bureau, a debt collection agency using  deceptive practices. The only way companies like this get smacked is by enough people filing a complaint with the FCC (link at end). No company is allowed to call your cell phone without your express permission. They will tell you you're "listed as an alternative contact," implying a friend or family member gave them your number, but when asked directly, they will admit, no, your friend/family member didn't provide your number. They are also Robo calling you; that's what the distinct silence, click & background noise is before you hear a person. This is also against Federal Regulations. File a complaint with the FCC here

Got a call from these folks. I always do a reverse phone lookup now.  I am Glad that I did.  The last time I answered a call from folks like this I said I would have my lawyer call them back. S/he did.  S/he and got an answering machine.  The answering machine said, "leave a message."  The call then ended

Receive this call everyday.  I do not pick up on calls from unknown people.  UCB means nothing to me.  Never leave a message.  Just keep calling my number.  I read the posts here that it is a debt collector in Florida.  They sure don't want me as I do not have any debt needing collected.  Better now call me about any family or neighbors either like I read in the posts. Should be laws to blast these types of people.  Sounds like need to get the FCC involved and sue these callers for terrorizing decent human beings.

In regards to a debt collection company keep calling you in regards to someone else's debt, look up cease and desist letters follow a template and mail it to the florida address listed above.  If they continue to bother you, have fun and file a lawsuit against them for harrassment.

Don't know who they are or what they want.  Left no message and if they are a debt collector, they have no business calling us.

I get calls from these harassing people.  I happened to get my 17 year old niece I care for a cellphone in May. These calls immediately started in and been non stop since May 201 (it's now August).  They are looking for someone we do not know, and despite us telling them to stop (and filing several complaints with governmental agencies) the calls do not stop.  We changed the phone number in July, and they start calling the new number looking for the same person we do not know!

It's a scam, they are asking straight for the last 4 digits of your SS , they don't even identify themselves.
