Randomly calls my CELL, SPAM msg or NO Msg!!

I received a call from 954-278-8357
On 4-1-2013, I was left a message by a female operator named
"Joey" from some service company she referred to as: "Sample-A-Warrant".
She made it sound as if I were in trouble (which I've never been in trouble with the law in my life)
and she wanted to let me know that her "Warrant Resolution" services would resolve this.
That's preposterous!
I returned the call, and the message said that "The voice mailbox is full, and cannot take any further calls." I'll tell you who's "Full"! They're the one's who's full of it!  This is a telemarketing scare tactic scam to get your credit card information! Block their number, and protect your money and identity!

I just received my FIRST incoming call on my new cell phone, and it was from this number.

I ignored it because not even my husband or family have the number yet! lol. Actually, I didn't even realize that I was the one whose phone was ringing because, again, I -just- activated this phone and didn't even recognize the default ringtone. Seriously, their timing screwed them.

If I haven't even given this number out to my nearest and dearest yet, then I -know- that anyone calling me at this number is just dialing randomly.

This number calls me over and over.  If I call back, I get a recording that says if I want to be taken off the list, press one.  To speak someone press 2.  It I press 2 it says the mailbox is full.  I have pressed one many times, but still get the calls.

Received a call today from a nice lady saying I was selected to receive a 100$ gift card if I accepted sample products that would be mailed to my address and completed a survey about the products but was not obligated to actually do the survey.  She was clearly spoken and repeated information for me again when I asked her to.  She wouldn't elaborate when I asked her questions though, she would return to her prompter paper and repeat things from it.
Seems like an attempt to collect my address from me.  I told her if she knew my address she could send me free stuff and ended the call.

I use a cell phone and I'm very very set against giving it out to any company, at all. My bank, my family, my church and my work know my number, that is all.  Yesterday I was updating my contact information on Paypal since it was out of date and I was making an e-bay purchase through them. I thought it best they have the right number.  Not a coincidence, I think, that I'm now on a list  for free 100$ cards.

Rang 3 times. When I answered, hung up.  Caller ID Display name = Winner
