These people call every day!!! It's so annoying! And they not only call from 954-681-2940 but also from 631-758-9845. I tried to call both numbers back as I didn't answer when they called. Both led to a voice message that the subscriber I've called is not receiving calls at this time. Uggh!

Call the national do not call list at 888-382-1222, cell phone numbers have now been released to telemarketers.

Two calls a week and sometimes a day, I also am on the NDNC list.  Someone needs to do something about this, I am starting to think that the National Do Not Call list is BS.  It was good for a while but now I am getting all kinds of sales calls about Insurance and Polls.

I've been getting several phone calls from this number and from the (631) 758-9845 number.  I believe that there are two other numbers associated with this solicitation/telemarketing company.  I called Level3 Communications and the receptionist said that they have sold the phone line to someone.  She suggested that I send an email to abuse@level3.com to file a complaint.  After they have my phone number, do they really think that I am going to give them access to my email address?!?  This is absolutely ridiculous that our private numbers have been sold without our knowledge and with no way to prevent this type of harrassment.

Recorded message about insurance.  I filed a complaint with the National Do Not Call registry about them.  I suggest anyone who gets calls from them to report them on the Do Not Call registry.

954-681-2980 calls me almost daily. Found out it was Health Line One Insurance (this time). Must be a real sleeze ball outfit. Think I'll take my chances with Obama-care :/

I received two calls from this number with no message left. I am on the DO NOT CALL list. I also received two calls from an Omaha, NE number who is also an "insurance" company handling calls the same way. VERY ANNOYING.

I'm also getting call from this number so many times.. This time I pretended I was interested in their insurance and figured out who they are. They are "Assurance Health", an insurance company. I filed a complaint through FCC and will sue them as soon as I can, because they are violating FCC's rule about not calling cell phone with telemarketing purpose.

I am so tired of getting calls from this numbers and several other numbers. I wish there was a special button on all our phones including cells that would instantly block them. When one called I didn't give them time to speak I picked up the phone and blew a whistle as loud as my lungs would let me. They keep calling but I got the thrill of giving them an ear ache. Now I don't answer and I f I do I make up a language to talk with them and they can't understand so they hang up and I get a laugh from pulling one of them.

I keep getting calls from this 954-681-2940, missed the calls but when I tried to call it back later on, it gives me a recording to the effect......this number is not a functioning number etc.....  I too am on a "do not call list" but still get these annoying scam calls from time to time........Wish it could be stopped permanently.   Always have to watch out for scams in person, on the phone, internet......everywhere.........no solicitor signs do not even stop them on the doors!  What can one do but try to be wiser than the one doing it!

I want the people from this number to stop calling me.  I think 3 to 5 calls a day is very annoying. I have also put them on the do not call notification list.

I have reported them and the FCC finds a few days later they did nothing wrong, even though you repeatedly told them not to call, and they are calling a wireless device AND on the no call list, so many laws...so little enforcement!

When they answer they say "assurant health." That IS a legitamate company. I use them and sell their product as a licensed agent in Indiana, so when I received this call I was curious. Of course, they hung up on me, so I called Assurant to ask them about it. They don't know the number and assured me that it wasn't them. DO NOT buy anything from them.
