These are North Koreans with American voice analysers trying to get funds for upcoming Wars they tell you, you're getting a grant for being a good citizen, paying taxes on time etc. Then they want you to send $250 to process it afterwards disappearing with $250. Don't do it!!!

Make a complaint to the FCC.  If they get enough reports they can authorize the number to be blocked by carriers like Verizon and AT&T. I did and it was easy.

called offering a government grant when i refused to give my DOB they started cussing me and calling names, same person called from +8810 the day before

I tried to block them but i tells me it's an invalid number. How did you block? I get 15 calls a day, at least.

Have had 7 calls from them today- how do i stop it?  Really don't have to\ime forthis.

I have received 10 calls since 6am from this number, I have the TrueCaller app which shows if the call is SPAM and it clearly is, but I am soo tired of these calls that I answered it and told them to f**k off & stop calling....the guy with thick foreign accent said they were with some kind of federal grant program. SPAM!

Same thing here!  Call 5-6 times per day, even though number is blocked.  The 'callers' must get paid per call, whether or not anyone answers!  So annoying!
