"Power bill consolidation" / Solar financing scam. Very much sounded like a Malaysian call center, I do not believe for a second they even offer the services they claim. Call from a totally different number and they'll still give the same script about being able to save you hundreds on your bill, without even really knowing your address. Tried to sell me solar even though the home already has it installed.

More likely from India. No, they cannot provide anything as they are simply screening you for their client who, after you go through the vetting process multiple times and they ask you how your credit is will eventually put you through to a scam company here in the States that you could actually sue.
