Almost ten times daily i get call from this number. No response when you pick the call

More than 25 calls a day from this number. Picked up a couple of times and hear nothing. Sent sms saying 'whoever you are stop constant call harassment or I will contact the police' and still getting calls. A real nuisance.

i got a call from this number today and the yesterday ,it says "this call is very important ,hold while your call is transferred" but no one answers

I've been getting calls from this number as well around 10 times a day for the past week. I also got called from
9714 4354700. Which also has the same extension beginning, must mean it's the same people. We should all complain to authorities. I'm getting annoyed.

It is HSBC Bank's call center !! Normally you receive the call, then after a few seconds you are transfered to a credit officer. Once they start calling you they don't give up. They called me for the person who used my phone number previously. I was indeed also called dozens of times a day of which I only picked up a few times. I explained they should stop calling me and the other person will contact the bank shortly. But as soon as I hung up, another credit officer would call within minutes. Lost my temper completely after having to explain 5 times within an hour time. I guess the person they were looking for contacted the bank.

I thought I am the only one who receives a call from this number....  Anybody know if this is from a phone booth???

it is the annoying HSBC Bank call center, located in UAE.

Why dont they Stop Calling US!!

this is really annoying, i've been getting calls from this number even at 9:00 in the evening, even over the weekend. For God sake, if this is from HSBC, you guys need to have decensy to check the time before bugging people. this is an appeal to ETISALAT to kindly identify this number and do the necessary action.

Had 8 calls from this number, and originally thought it was a scam number. Its HSBC bank. I used to work for them, so I can tell you that they have 2 call centres: (1) In India for ALL English calls received or made in the UAE and the region (2) An Arabic call centre in Dubai Internet City, building number 10, 2nd floor.
The call you received is an automated one, and it likely originates in India. I did some research, and called this number:
04 259201. I got thru to an HSBC call centre agent (in India). I queried the call, and it was because I was a MEASELY 57 Dirhams overdrawn!!
Anyway, if you wish to complain, then Mr AbdulFattah is head of Personal Financial Services, at HSBC DIC. You will likely not get through to him though - ask for his secretary (3rd floor). If you do not succeed, then ask for Complaints Unit.

I had been getting calls from this number +97144359210 in three occassions already. The first one was just 2 weeks ago as far as I remember, and when i answered, one lady identified herself as she was from HSBC and she wanted to have some survey when was my latest visit to HSBC and what I have done in that particular visisit, i.e., update of information and etc. In my reply, I told her a vague information due to my surprise when I suddenly realize that I'm not in the UAE so why I should receive this call anyway. The last two occassions was yesterday and today morning wherein again I received two calls per day and fortunately my CP was in silent mode so I noticed only the missed calls afterwards, obviously no conversation took place in those ocassions. Is this really HSBC and how we remain secure???
