- Faeryfern replies to csHi guys I purchased this package in 2009 and because my son is disabled, we were told we could delay it 3 years til he was fit. I received my vouchers at the time and was just trying tonight to get a hold of the company to book. My credit card has never been deducted any more money but now I am terrified they are going to demand more money for a holiday that does not exist. Should I try to report them to someone before it gets any worse or just cut my losses and let it be. And if so could someone post an email or something to speak to.
