I'm on auto draft, so they have their money from me every month...but I am 4 payments away from paying the car off so maybe that's why they are calling???

I've had a lot of loans from them but never again...

I financed a car through Capitol One last week and no sooner than I drove off of the dealerships lot I received 5 calls within an hour. My first payment is not due until the end of next month and they have called me at least 3 times a day everyday. No message is left.  Not only did they rape me on the finance charge, but now they are going to harrass me for 72 months!!?? B.S. I will be looking to refinance my vehicle TODAY

FYI...Previously posted about these phone calls.  I do not have a loan thru Capitol One, they had the wrong number.  After them calling me about a million times (up to 17 times per day) and me telling them a million times, they had the wrong number, they made the mistake of calling me one more time.  I became very angry and told them that they were harrassing me.  I then threatened them with hiring an attorney and calling the Better Business Bureau if they so much as called me one more !@#$ time.  This seemed to stop the calls.

We keep getting phone calls to my wifes cell phone number about a car loan.  We have not had a car for almost 10 years.  When I call this number back I cannot get a person to talk to and just get run around by thier telephone prompts.  My wife has answered the phone several times and asked not to be called any more.

I have a car loan thru capitol one, and I regret it.....I am approx 3 weeks late, but will be making a payment today.....it is really crazy and mentally sick how they call you from 9 am til 9 pm......my pholne ring constant and when I look at the number it's capitol one......I hope to never finance a car thru them again or anything else.....I will always remember this annyoning mess that I'm going thru with their constant calls like they are mad people.....I would understand if I were 3 months or more behind but gee wheez this is crazy......

If anyone know of a class action lawsuit being filed against CapitolOne Auto, I would love that information.  These people call from approx. 8 30 am until approx. 8 45 pm every single day, every single hour and something needs to be done.  Would be nice if I could sue and  get $1000 for every excessive and un-neccessary phone call received.  I just recently made a late payment with all required late charges and that seems to be not good enough.  When a msg. is left,  it is from a recorder.  I am fed up with their practice and will never inquire any kind of loan from them again........thank you

Just got a new car with the loan thru C1.  My first payment isn't due for 36 days and they are calling to remind me that my first payment is Oct 26th.  Duh!  I just signed the papers 9 days ago so I remember.  I got 4 calls today, how many more will I get for 36 days?!?!?!?!  Does anyone know how far in advance they want payments???

They started calling June 2010 its now September 28,2010 I have exactly 264 phone calls from them!! I have talked to operators, told them i am not the person their looking for it is the wrong number please remove it. The response i have gotten have been incredible. I have been called a lier that i am who their calling for, a thief for not paying a bill threatened to be taken to court, called a [***] for demanding to speak to a supervisor! THIS COMPANY is out of control I can not take it anymore. Does anyone please know how to get the calls to stop. I swear I do not have CAPITAL ONE AUTO finance and never will... THEY have a wrong number how do you get this company to stop harassing you! 264 calls from 6 in the morning till 1130 at night. I can't take it anymore can anyone help

I have tried that threatened to report to better business bureau that was at call 150! Today was the last straw after call 264 i started calling them back demanding to speak to someone finally got through to a person after 95 minutes on the phone! Received the address for complaints.

I have begged and cried telling them they have the wrong number the calls will never stop file your complaint. I did! The more complaints that are filled the more likely the company can be fined. Also contact the FCC

You think THATS bad... they call my teenage daughter's cell phone and we don't even HAVE a loan through them!!!  They keep asking for this guy named "Jamal"- and apparently don't believe us when we say they have the WRONG NUMBER!!! Freakin' a$$wipes!!!  I set up their annoying "972" number to her Contacts List, and assigned it a "NO RING" tone.  At least she wont HEAR it constantly ringing until I can get something done about this ridiculous aggrevation!

I just filed myself... hopefully it will help get these VULTURES out of teen daughter's life.  Because OBVIOUSLY these Capitol One Auto a$$wipes don't respond to any OTHER requests or threats!  The few times that they actually DO say something on the other end, they don't understand the words "you have the wrong person & number."  It should be ILLEGAL what they're doing!  Even for the people that ARE foolish enough to give their REAL numbers out to loan companies, these companies should be seriously limited to the number of harassing 'overdue payment' calls they can make... say, like ONE CALL per overdue bill per month!!!
