I highly suspect it is charter.  Charter has an extremely aggressive telemarketing program.  I got calls for 3 three years on a roommates account that I no longer lived with.  I constantly told them to remove my number from the account, as I was not the person they needed, but no dice.  I actually really really like charter for the service they provide, but without question they are the most annoying company I have ever given my phone number to.

Stop calling me over and over , day after day. I don't want any and if I do I have your # and I will call you.
Thanks

This is Charter. I finally answered the phone after they called repeatedly several days in a row. I believe it's their sales division, because they were trying to get me to upgrade my account from just internet to tv, phone, and internet. It's sad that they harass their current customers with sales calls.

Calls 4-5x per day. I have it on my blocked calls but I can see when they call - I want to complain to someone - FCC or something - this is insane! My phone states it is Charter, I don't use Charter I use Verizon and nobody has left a message so I don't know who it really is but it's pissing me off

I'm tired of the numerous calls daily from this number

Received call (I'm in Boston). No ID so I don't answer, then Google the number. Thanks to all to have commented here, you gave me the data to block forever.
