I've been called multiple times a day from this number, and each time I let it go to voice mail. Each message I get left is garbled gibberish and background noise--very similar to another phishing scam I recently dealt with.

I've listed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the SAG office for this number. This is ridiculous.

Calls continue to come all day and night up to about 9pm - no one ever leaves a message - no one is on the line

Capital One Auto left a message on my machine for my adult son, who has never lived at my new address or at my current phone number, to call Mr Gonzalez. It may be from a bad debt, since my son and his wife declared bankruptcy several years ago, but I understand that is supposed to wipe out all debt so they can start over. I didn't answer the call, nor will I return it. They'll try anything to find someone!!!!!

I recieved a call from them while I was at work yesterday and they left a message for me to call back.  I haven't called them, but I think it's interesting that they called and asked for either me or my husband to call back since I JUST got this phone number and haven't given it to anyone but family and friends

these people are calling my daughters telephone number and these people are hasseling her!  She is twelve and I am going to report them to the local police as a stalker!

This is from Citifinancial Auto.  If you are late on your car payment, they are trying to make arrangements for payment before you lose your vehicle.  I figured this out after I changed banks and they kept trying to take money from a closed account (my account was on autopay) and after TWO months without notice from them, they sent me to collections.  Lovely.

This number has started calling me several times a day and i dont answer it because the caller Id says unknown name.  If they want to talk to me they can let me know who they are!

This number keeps coming up on my cell phone and no message is ever left. No way I will call back a number that does not leave a message. With them calling 6 to 10 times a day it is coming close to harassment.

I received a call at 8:26 a.m. PT. I have a voice mail message waiting, but I have not listened to it. I came online to see if the # was registered to anyone. I found this.

I always check strange numbers on here to see what others have had to say.  These people have called me twice in the last 4 days.  I haven't answered it because of what I've found on here.  Anyway, when I try call them back I get a recording that says I've reached an unassigned number....whatever that means.  I have my home phone and my cell phone on the national do not call registry.  It's helped, but it certainly hasn't stopped all the calls.

Just like EC which is mentioned above, we received a call from someone asking for me by my first name, then identifying themself as "Norma" and saying that they are trying to reach "-----(first name), "----- -------"first & last name.
They then went on to say that they want me to give them a call back and they are waiting for my call because they need to reach------- -------.

I do not know who this is, neither does my wife. Furthermore, whoever knows me, and my freind always refer to me as Rev.---- and him as Pastor----.

This is some type of a scam, but the question would be, how did they get my number and know to ask for my fellow minister friend by first and last name?

Same scenario as above. Misrepresentation from Citi Card. Caleere has called my family for at least one week. They threatened to "reposess" a vehicle if payment was not made immediately via phone. Asked for description of car and other info. Submitting a complaint to local police and consumer agency.

These people just called and asked for a man and woman by the name of ______
I said you have the wrong number. Then they asked if I knew where ________
Road was. I said nope. Then they asked me if I was even in the counrty???? I guess They got mad because I wouldnt give any info.

I received a call on my cell phone from this phone number.  I am on the DO NOT CALL LIST.

The have been calling me at work.  They just called right now.  It is scary because they have surpassed the school switchboard.  I told my secretaries not to answser.  Thank god , I saw this blog.  I am scared . I do not have any credit cards either.

Who are this people that keep calling me?

I had a call from this number. Ended up being CitiGroup who services my Mobil Exxon gas card. We had a change of address on our account and the card was used in another state. So it was an early fraud detection call. I highly recommend answering the phone call from this number to at least learn if your account information was stolen or you are a victim of identity theft.
