got a call from this number asked for me by name.  then asked for someone i didnt know.  after i said i didnt know the girl they asked about they hung up.  they called back a few minutes later but i didnt answer.  i called them back and it just said it was the investigation department and they dont take calls.

Just got a phone call from this number asking for the previous owner of my number. I asked if she could delete my number from her database because I had had the number for a year. She asked me if I knew the previous owner and I told her NO. I told her that she got rid of that number in November of 2012 and I inherited the number in January of 2013. I asked her if she owed someone $$ and she said that there are charges against her and asked again if I knew her to which I again replied, "NO!" She asked me for my name and I told her that was none of her business. I told her that I didn't know the woman she was calling. She screamed at me, "YES, YES YOU DO!" and I'm going to hang up and call back. I immediately went to my recent calls and blocked the number.  GRRRR

Got a call from this number asking for me by name but looking for someone with my last name. I told her that I couldn't get in touch with them and  I  would try to get a message to them , but didn't know if I could. She proceeded to give me a telephone number and a claim number and told me that she would consider the person as being notified since she spoke with me and then RUDELY HUNG UP on me. I tried calling the number back, but a recording came on saying that it was an investigative service and it did not receive incoming calls. There should be a law that if someone calls you, you should be able to get that person back on the phone if there is a situation that needs to be cleared up.
