Indian accent woman knew my Company Name. I couldn't understand the name of the company she said she represented, but it was medical or insurance related. Said she was calling in regards to a worker's compensation claim for our employee John King. I told her I never heard of him, nor have we ever had any employees. She asked for my name and when I refused she said "Oh, never mind" and hung up.

Cognizant is actually a legitimate company that US businesses contract through to handle various things for them like insurance billing and Customer Service.

They called today leaving a message asking about information for workers Comp case-could hardly understand they heavy Indian accent. They hacked into some insurance database and are fishing for ID information. Wish I knew where to report them?

This number called me 8 times in a row, never leaving a message.  Unreal.  Picked up and told whoever answered to stop calling my number over and over.

3/13/2018 @ 10:48am PST - They called my work place saying they needed our bank account info to convert from check to ach payments.  Sorry lady with a strong Indian Accent, we don't give our bank account info over the phone.  I asked what company she was calling with and I *think* she said Patcheon Bank - I even asked her to spell it for me, but again, she had a strong/thick accent.  Caller ID says Cognizant Techn.  Cognizant Technology Services doesn't list any contact numbers with 973 area code in the New York area.
