This number just called me,I let it go to my voice mail.  Well come to find out that it is Kings Island letting me know they have extended a renewal offer for season passes.

A machine stated that "Phil from Corporate" was calling to reminde me to place my orders because they'd be closed for Thanksgiving.  The call came in before 7:00 AM!

I have been receiving calls from this # for about a week.  # is busy when I call back.  Any update from anyone?

Same thing - I answer, no one is on the other line.  Called in the morning while famikly is still asleep.

Caller ID says CALLCIA

Mine was a automated recording solicitation for Family Video...advising that I hadn't been in recently and if I come in within the next 14 days I'll get a free rental and 1/2 price rentals for two weeks!  Although I am on the do not call list, because I have done business with the company previously and provided them my phone number willingly, they have the right to call me until I ask them not to...oh well...maybe a movie tonight...

You're a moron! How in the heck are they supposed to know that your new number isn't the number of the account holder anymore? I have an account with Family Video and how they look up the account is by the phone number and then you have to confirm the name of the account. It's not Family Video's fault that the account holder is dishonest and does not give them the new phone number. And all the calls might be annoying and seemingly rude to you but they just want their merchandise back. What are they supposed to do? I suppose you think they are just suppose to call once, leave a message and send up a few prayers that this $40 to $60 product is returned? I'll repeat....you are a moron! And by the way those right agencies you refer to are going to listen to you, hang up and call you a moron.

It's a Family Video"s automatic messaging service telling you, you have overdue items on your account!

This number calls and hangs up in my face.

I got a call but missed it. They left a message. It was Family Video saying that I hadn't been to their store in a while. They offered me a free rental and a month of half priced rentals if I visit in the next 2 weeks. Didn't feel spammy to me.

Missed a call from them, they left a  voicemail:
"Hi. This is Erica calling from family video. We've missed you at our store. This is ask in the next 2 weeks, and receive a free rental plus half price rentals for the next 14 days. We can't wait to see you at Family Video."

OK, I did my home work and spent my own money after getting a few of these calls that show up as CALLCIA on caller ID, with know message and when I called, it rang twice then nothing, and everyone is sort of right, and one person is a MORON. The calls come from a company named CIA, which stands for Client Instant Access a Company that is a messenger service and NOT Family Video. They are the ones calling you on behalf of other companies not just Family Video like some of you think. If you would have contacted them directly you would have found this out. CIA has Thousands of Clients, that they do messaging services for. You might be getting a call from them for any number of reasons. Unlike the MORON whom BIT**CHED at someone to pay your bill. CIA Doesn't do Bill Collections or let you know you owe someone or some business money. So get you facts straight before opening your mouth or in this case a text you know nothing about.

Was called and robo call was from Family Video saying they missed us and was offering 1 free rental and a month of half off rentals.Went to our local Family Video store to confirm and it was in fact
a valid call and offer. Of course I rented some movies.

Wait a tick... that doesn't say CALLCIA....that says CALL C I A !!!

Just received an unsolicited call from this number.  Unable to get thru to the number now.

Got a partial message about not wanting my medication to be interrupted. Caller ID gave me the number & location of the caller (Fairfield, NJ). Since I do not have any medical or business dealings with any company in the garden state, I will not be calling them.

This is a courtesy call to let you know you have one ore more prescriptions to pick up at your local pharmacy.  We want to make sure you have enough medication, etc.   (They have called me 2x now and I don't have any prescriptions waiting and my pharmacy always identifies itself.  I live in CA and this call is from NJ)
