dozens and dozens of calls from different towns. Rarely leaves a message. States something like they care calling on behalf of someone I dont know. Just tried to find a voice mail, but I think I deleted and reported.

Whatever or whomever it is, I'd block and ignore.  Call back got, "Thank you for calling.  To be connected to a live agent please press 1.  To be added to our internal do-not-call list, please press 9 now. "  I pressed one, got the familiar transfer "boink" then a robo voice saying "hello, how are you?"  I said "hello" several times but no response then disconnect.  Tried calling back but it says my number is on the internal do-not-call list.  Sounds Scammy/Spammy to me.  Block and report it to your carrier as SPAM.
