I got a call from 978-570-2203, guy named David spoke. he said my phone number is selected for a $20 Walmart and $50 Gas card which can be used in any gas station. I asked him to call me me tomorrow at 12 noon, he asked me the time and I realized how this guy doesnt know my timezone and asked where he is calling from, he become silent and said Florida, I asked what is the time there, he wasnt sure and become silent again. I knew it is a scam and put the phone down.

Hang up.  they will tell you that you will get a $50 gas card and a Wallmart shopping card for a shipping charge of $1.99.  Once they get your credit card #, it's history! It is an old scam bought back to life.

These places are run by drunks and drug addicts.

People if you really are tire of scum bags, maybe its time to get there ass in jail. This people wont stop calling and they, live of vulnerable innocent human beings. Im willing to put time and effort to locked them up for a long time.

my case went far then i expected they called me up and told something about walwart gift card and free gas purchase... when i told them that i have never enrolled myself anyhting like this that guy told me that i did a month back.. he even had my debit card number when  i asked him where did he get that from he juss hung up

They called my cell.  Press 3 to opt out, or one to speak to a rep.  I hate those messages designed to save them time and waste mine.  So push 1 and put it on speaker and let the rep say HELLO 20 times and speak to air.  I can waste their time too.

they have my credit card number and when i know it was a scam closed that card and got a new card.  Coould they still hurt me or use my old information against me? what do I do? Let the gov. know or what please reply. thats

This guy called and said he would sent free Walmart gift cards and had my bank card number. When I refused to accept his terms, he said he would debt my card with out my permission. I called him some names to told him not to. He said he would anyway. I called and made a police report. Don't know what will come of it. Cancelled the card. Sorry [***], Don't anyone else fall for this

These people are relentless, they kept calling and said they where going to charge me 40 a month I was calling AMEX and some how

I received a text message telling me I won a $20 gift card to Wal Mart and a $50 gas card. They said to claim my price call the number listed and I did. After I realized what the little indian dude was doing I shut down my account and answered the next call that came in... He threatened to deduct $500 from my account I said... good luck. I just put by numbers in the Do Not Call Registry so after a month if they continue calling me I will file a complaint and get the call traced.

Unfortunately, I fell for it before I read all these posts but I too cancelled my card.

I am starting to think that THESE scam artists are getting all of our information.. and when I say ALL I mean ALL of our information from somewhere... Maybe our cell phone companies... Maybe they hacked into the phone company and that is how they got all of our information.

had to cancel the credit card because of them. they would not take no for an answer. I cant figure out why, if the had my number anyway, they could have just charged whatever they wanted. why all the arguing on the phone with people?

I have to cancel my credit card because of this scammer. I dial the wrong number and thought I talked with right person. I gave my credit card and they offer me 20.00 dollar gift card to Walmart an 50.00 gift gas card. I refused to received it and hang up. Then they called me back many times and threaten that I already agreed to use their service and my credit card will be charged $40/month. In order to cancel, I have to say "yes, yes, yes" in their terms, so I would receive password to cancel. I didn't agree and hang up. They have kept calling many times. I will register to donotcall.gov

This is the worst scam company I ever deal with., they offer a deal on Friday, and Saturday I got 18 calls even Sunday morning at 7:40 they are the worst Indian crew I ever heard. They are all names Steve Smith..... or Mark Smith.. big scamer, they should go back to India.. immediately
