I'm guessing they are getting paid for the number of calls they make...I've reported other numbers to the www.donotcall.gov and they do follow up...even sent me papers to fill out for accuracy and legal action.  

They have called me over 30 times (I keep ignoring), but not they are a royal pain...time to place a formal complaint.  :-(

Let's use the Do Not Call laws to our advantage and let them engage in some legal battles (hopefully).

I too have recently started getting these annoying calls.  No one on the other end when answered.

Repeated calls from this number, leaving voice mail and using up my airtime minutes. When calling back the number there is a recording asking to press 1 to be placed on the do not call list.

I just answered this call when it came in on my cell.  It sounded kind of hollow and distant and then I said hello a couple of times an asian woman came on and said she was looking for Karen.  Not me so I hung up.

They have called me 5 times per day for the last week.  I am on the no call list and did the "press one for the opt-out" they have on when you call back the number.  They called again this morning.  I told the idiot that called that I was going to file a complaint with the FCC.  He told me "how can you if you don't know who I am?".  I asked for his supervisor and he told me he was the supervisor.  He then told me I was rude!  I blocked this number by calling my cell phone company.

$5,000.00 for the address and names of the [***]. i will kill the [***] and there kids

I have been getting four calls a day from 978-570-2309 and I want it to stop.  Tell me how.

Why do people get worked up over or waste time with caring who or where these numbers come from. Anyone with half a brain should know they are telemarketers and the Do Not Call list is worthless so why waste your time? Either don't answer the call, let your message machine screen the calls or whatever you want. It's really a no-brainer. Yep...they are annoying and if we could track them down...someone should introduce their faces to a wall but we all know that's not going to happen in reality, and why go to jail for doing some stupid for such brief satisfaction. Just ignore these idiots!

9785702309---  Calling 3 to 4 times a day.. ID says Utility..Its a computer calling mass numbers. When u pick up nobody is there. These are Bull____  calls. And should be reported to the great President Obama!! as we all know, he has all the answers.. He was a community organizer. He is so qualified to save our world..

People  just want to find out who the jerks are that are calling. Have you ever been working on something around the house, you are expecting a call and its this type of crap. These people are not worth my time. And would love to be able to stop any phone selling. If people want a service they will find it .Most of these calls are scams , reason they work like this.  Happy Birthday America  !!! Peace and love...

Voice mail says they can reduce my credit card rate and that it is very important I call and get the rate lowered. Once someone came in the phone, I asked for a manager and they hung up immediately.

Don't answer credit car scammers. Promise low rates and steal your money low life losers can't get real jobs so they rip people off. CID shows utility.
